- Checking in took longer than average. What the heck are they writing down by hand?
- If you opt for breakfast, it is made to order from a menu, and took 10+ minutes to receive. We were the only ones in the dining area at 6:45 a.m., I cannot imagine if there are 3 families and 2 couples all wanting to eat at the same time. For $9, it was a...

Da vi havde checket ud og kom tilbage 5 timer senere og ville på toilettet, fik vi at vide at det ikke var muligt. Vi blev henvist til en forretning beliggende nogle hundrede meter fra hotellet.

"Very clean and friendly staff. Easy to get to and not super busy part of town. We liked that it wad on the outskirts of town. Nice spot to have a fire and hangout with friends. We liked it alot. Breakfast was ok."
"This is a very nice hotel in a convenient location. We like to e-bike and the hotel is a half kilometer from two bike trails that parallel highways 19 and 19A. We biked the N&L Trail, Nanaimo Parkway Trail and a few connector trails, about 45 km. There are plenty of places to eat within a lm of the hotel. The staff even provided a safe place to store our bikes overnight. It was so nice and convenient we stayed 3 nights. It’s also close to the ferry terminal for the ferry to Horseshoe Bay. "
"Fabulous stay, room was nice but thought we booked a larger room. Server in hotel restaurant was slow and never realky checked on us. Thought the price if drinks was a tad high compared to in the restaurants almost $6 more. Golf was fabulous but expensive for all the grounds crew on the course. We had to go around on many holes. Most staff were fabulous."

"Beliggenheden var fantastisk, personalet var enormt søde og restauranten var helt vildt god, MEN …. Værelset var meget gammelt, lugtede gammelt og var ekstremt varmt. Det var på ingen måde et indbydende værelse. Poolområdet havde enormt ringe badefaciliteter, og selve poolen fremstod også gammel og slidt.
