"It was a nice Hotel. Me and my bestfriend enjoy being there. We love that it came with a fridge and a stove. The shower was really nice as well. We didn’t get any house keeping while being there but other than that I do recommend ! "

"Been there multiple times over recent years and we always enjoy our stay. A couple things we didn't care for this visit 1) Continuous calls from the Concierge desk. Letting us know at check in about specials and discounts is enough, i don't want notes left on our hotel door, calls, etc. 2) More pool chairs need to be set out during peak season. If every single chair is taken each morning by 9am thats annoying for guests. "

"After 40 years in hospitality I have to share that Omni gets it right! Every single staff member greeted us with a smile and willingness to make our day better. The housekeeping staff went beyond to fix a problem caused by my family and did so quickly, thoroughly and kindly. Can’t praise them enough!! The food both at breakfast and outside at the Boughy cafe was delicious and reasonably priced for a resort.

"The hotel staff was very knowledgeable about the area, places to dine and giving directions as well as recommendations. The rooms were clean and very spacious and updated. The showers were nice and the bed was comfortable unlike some places I’ve visited. The water pressure in the sink area was really low. One of the two elevators stopped working during our stay. "We were skeptical at first due to the star rating, but we were only coming to Hilton Head for one night for a 5K. We ended up being pleasantly surprised.
The staff were very polite and professional. The room was nice and clean. We had a very restful night, mattress was quite comfortable surprisingly. And the welcome bag of complimentary water and cookies were a very nice touch! Would absolutely stay here again. "

"This hotel was great! Breakfast was fantastic, and the employees were very friendly. The downside was that there’s no parking lot, but there is a parking deck about a block away that costs around 20+ euros per day. Other than that, everything was good. It would be even better if they provided more pillows, but that’s my only recommendation."
