"Excellent home in a safe neighborhood that is walking distance to the beach. Kurt was very responsive and helpful in nature. I really liked Highland Parks neighborhood and the amenities even though it was cold. The kitchen was well stocked with a few snacks and coffee. I loved that the living room was large enough for my two teens and family to hang out in the evenings and watch TV. The home is much larger than it looks and would easily fit two families very comfortably."
