"We booked the stay last minute, not really knowing what to expect. We were happily surprised to find a 900 year old castle on the top of the hill, with its own church (which we were given the keys to see ourselves), towers and old hallways. The house was on 3 floors with 4 bedrooms, perfect for the 4 adults and 4 kids in our group, plus a rooftop with amazing views. The staff were super friendly and welcoming. Considering the price, it might be the best value for money place I've ever stayed...

"La struttura è davvero bella e tenuta bene e ogni dettaglio è curato. La struttura si trova in una zona tranquilla, immersa nel verde, il panorama è senza dubbio meraviglioso. Il personale è accogliente e cordiale, disposto a rendere il soggiorno ancora più piacevole. Siamo stati davvero bene, ci torneremmo volentieri!!"

"Et veldig fint sted, med vakre omgivelser. Veldig fin uteplass, hvor man også kan spise. Elisabetta er kjempehyggelig, og hun gir all nødvendig hjelp. Lett tilgang til Assisi by, også om du må ta buss. "

Simpaticissima e disponibile la giovane signora che gestisce la struttura. Decisamente il bed and breakfast più bello tra quelli visitati nel nostro giro nele Marche"

Consiglio a tutti di stare qualche giorno in un ambiente sano dove rilassarsi viene da se, la piscina sempre pulita ed accudita in modo esemplare, le sdraio intorno alla piscina raccontano di una serenità di altri tempi! "Posizione perfetta .. in pieno centro, a pochi passi dalla stazione. Qualche disavventura con acqua calda e wifi (i telefoni in camera e in balcone non funzionano) tv ... basterbbe poco per renderlo un buon soggiorno. Inclusa una colazioncina da due soldi. Avere il bollitore in camera, ma neanche acqua o una bustina di té, o un bicchiere ... tanto vale non metterlo. Chi lo gestisce gentilissima nel risolvere gli inconvenienti"

You can also use a common area that has a table, but it is shared with others staying there. The checkout is actually 10am, not 2pm as listed and a person entered our rooms at 10:30 to start cleaning. The breakfast included is at a train station that you need to drive to but without parking.
