"Never stayed in a tiny house in a campground but this was the most quaint and quiet place. We had access to a man made beach where you could kayak or paddle board from. I actually got video of manatees coming up next to the swimming area of the beach. The pool was nice cool during the day and warm in the evening and clean. The residents that actually live there were polite. The people that checked us in was quick and polite as well. If you needed to do some grocery shopping while you were there...

"We had a fantastic vacation! It was like our own little resort! The house and pool were perfect. The view and the dock were amazing. We saw turtles, manatee, lobster, fish, birds and stingray! The host was very easy to communicate with and made sure we had everything we needed. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay!"

"Nice place overall. You cannot get to the back area near water because it is fenced off but you can walk to another area of the complex boards. Since you don't book through the resort directly, you don't have access to pool/golf carts but there are the 2 restaurants that you can go to. There are beautiful beaches and restaurants outside the resort area and are a close car ride - we would stay again."

"We stayed at this townhouse for our family vacation to the Florida keys. The location of the property is perfectly placed between two of the popular keys. Durring our stay we loved the cover decks for coffe and drinks and the kayaks were a great bonus. We padded through duck key but beware of tides before you go. The home was clean and as advertised making our stay amazing. If we visit the florida keys again, we will be staying at this townhouse."

"Fun and different place to stay - on the water. Well equipped houseboat. Nice sunset from the boat. Ok pool and facilities on land. Friendly staff. Had a problem with the hot water and the WiFi. Otherwise everything really niice."
