Trevor, the homeowner was accessible for answering questions or taking care of any issues. On day 1 there was a problem with one of the major appliances and I texted Trevor, who responded immediately and solved the problem quickly. Recommend without hesitation."

"We had the BEST family vacation yet! This house was perfect for our family of 4 plus in-laws and a sibling. Everyone had thier own space. So many places on the property to go and relax. The pier was my favorite. We had the best time catching blue crabs, kayaking and enjoying the hot tub. The kitchen was PERFECT to make breakfast for everyone while watching them fish and play outside. Thank you for such a wonderful place to stay. "

"We were looking for a secluded get away that was pet friendly, and afforded us a chance to unwind and disconnect a bit - and Deborah's place fit the bill. The house was comfortable and big enough for our family of 5 plus a family friend and 2 dogs. The property allowed our dogs to run and have fun and also provided loads of fun for us. We played basketball, fished from the pier and did a bit of crabbing. Our stay was in July which, unfortunately was jellyfish season so no swimming for us this go...

"Martin's Landing was amazing! Perfect place for multi-generational families. My senior parents were able to stay on the first floor and not have to worry about flights of stairs. We were able to be together in that beautiful kitchen as well as spread out to our own corners. We can't say enough good things about the house and views. We especially enjoyed fishing on the pier and kayaking! Victoria was so nice to work with and let us take our time checking out. We're already planning a next time we...

"The house was very clean and was great for our home base while visiting family in St. Michael’s. The owner was very response and friendly. The house included all basic amenities and then some! The owner really took the time and care preparing this place for guests. Downtown Cambridge is a short drive and a cute little town with shops and restaurants. We didn’t have a ton of time to explore downtown but plan to on our next stay! "
