"The owner needs to visit the property and give it an overall cleaning and update. It seems this is being rented out while being renovated. There was mail in the box and a package on the steps that gave the impression the property had not been visited in a bit. The dead bird on the front walk way had been there awhile too (Owner was responsive in having someone remove it). The batteries are low on the keyless entree.
