"The unit was updated nicely. It had lots of space and the foldout couch is memory foam and not just springs mattress. That was definitely a plus. Close to the waterfront. We would stay here again. "

"We've stayed at the Ctton Masion before in the Terrace Suite and enjoyed it so we wanted to check out another room. The equestrian suite is beautiful and very comfortable. Its the perfect spacious place for a couple to get away. We would definitely stay again."

"I loved staying in this neighborhood! We had a city view and could see the bridge from our window! The breakfast is great and the s’more bar at night is fun. They have a small bar with very reasonably priced beer and cocktails. The room has a great layout. The pool area and sauna is wonderful and very clean. I can’t say enough nice things about this hotel.

"What a surprise the city of Duluth was. We were enroute to Mayo Clinic in Rochester for surgery. The overnight stay gave us a much needed rest from our travels. "

"I thought the renovation was amazing. It is quick and easy access to everything downtown and Canal Point. The neighborhood is also being renovated. We were on the first floor in front of the street window so there was some noise later in the evening. Overall, will absolutely come back. The room itself was lovely!!!"

"Very clean, updated/modern hotel. Loved the larger fridge in the room, option for cooking on the stop and dishwasher. The only negative I would say is breakfast should be offered a later in the morning. It ended at 9:30. Other than that, great stay!"
