"Beautiful property! "

"Really cozy rooms with ornate, historic details. Loved the light continental pastries and local coffee in the morning as well as the sauna late at night after a long day. Kirsten made us feel welcomed despite a double booking upgraded our stay and gave us a bottle of Prosecco to ring in the New Year with. Will definitely be back soon! Thank you to everyone who works on keeping this charming historic home running! "

"We really enjoyed our stay. Our room and the common area were beautiful and clean. The bed was very comfortable. And it had a lovely view out the window. 10/10 would recommend. You can hear people moving around in the other suites just a little bit (like doors closing, etc) so just be aware of that."

"Everything stood out, except I wish they have elevator. As a mom of 18 month old toddler that was a hella workout going up and down with the car seat/stroller and hauling our luggages etc. Overall, it was a great stay."

"The staff is incredible and went above and beyond for me. They allowed me a safe place to wait in their comfortable lobby between checkout and my flight, which was 3 hours, and shuttled me to and from the airport. Everything was clean, breakfast was delicious, I felt safe there traveling alone. I can’t thank them enough."

"My brother and I went to Duluth to visit a family member in the hospital and needed a last minute place to stay. We found the Oliver Inn and booking a room, checking in, and get to the hotel was seamless and better than expected."

"Rent og pænt. Personalet var venligt. Morgenmaden var lidt kedelig, men der var rigeligt med gratis kaffe hele dagen. Stedet er temmelig slidt. Det er også for dyrt set i forhold til hvilken stand det er i, og hvor langt udenfor Duluth downtown det ligger. Jeg havde et lille værelse med udsigt over parkeringspladsen og hovedvejen ind mod Duluth, med værelset placeret liver ved siden af elevatoren med deraf følgende urolighed og elevatorkørsel fra klokken 6 om morgenen."
