"Very pleased with this hotel . The room was very nice and comfortable. Stayed in the two bedroom suite. Each bedroom having their own bathroom was a huge convenience. The 2 gals at the front desk were very nice and extra helpful. When my UBER app wouldn’t work, I asked for taxi cab phone numbers and started calling and the gal at the front desk came out and she had taken it upon herself & got us a ride with her personal phone. "The hotel is nothing like the pictures. One hallway is our has been slightly remodeled or updated. The other hallway that we were put on is very old, dingy, and dirty. Or from had vinyl flooring that was coming apart, sticky and dirty. The sink faucet continuously ran. Could not get it to turn off. The ceiling in the bathroom had stains on the tiles and the light was wide open into the ceiling with massive amounts of dust. It was missing a remote. "Park Point is a gem! The property is clean, safe and beautiful. A warm breakfast and friendly staff make mornings comfortable. Tired after your journey? "There was no staff on-site so I had to call the company because my room entry code was incorrect. Luckily, an employee at the bar on the first floor helped me out. There was no parking on-site but there was a safe public parking ramp across the street which was relatively easy to use. The room was average--nice sheets and pillows and towels. "We have stayed at this hotel several times. The breakfast for this recent stay was absolutely disappointing. We arrived at 830am and they had run out of several things. Granted the hotel was sold out, but management should have planned for it. Running out of numerous items after only 1.5 hours is bad management. "The room was cozy and the bed comfortable. Close to everything in Canal Park and the lake walk is great to explore finding sea glass. Staff are very accommodating. We were very excited that they accept pets. Would stay AGAIN."

"Not a great place for business travelers. The room was good but everything else was a hassle. Code to get in building was wrong. The code to get in the room was wrong. Parking is a hassle as well. While trying to pay for parking on a website that doesn’t work, I got messages saying my car was going to be towed. There are way better places to stay in Duluth that aren’t a hassle. I will say the lady I had to call over and over was very nice."
