"Microwave wasn’t cleaned, bed table tops not wiped down but the place was fairly decent. Biggest negative is the parking is 2 blocks offsite and currently an additional $10/nights stay. Rooms are priced respective of the hotel’s proximity to the Canal Park and the Duluth Entertainment Center /DECC."

"Cute little place on Lake Superior! The place was very clean and the staff was very kind & helpful. The hotel has a popcorn bar with fixings from 4-7pm in the lobby and smores in the evening out on the patio area, both were a great “free” perk! Only things that weren’t great was that the hot tub is pretty small (capacity of 5 people) and the balconies don’t have a lot of privacy. Otherwise a very nice stay!"

"Staff were wonderful and helpful throughout my stay but seemed to have a hard time keeping up with the breakfast needs-seemed everything was empty at the same time. Came down at different times during stay and this seemed to be an issue. I do realize that this is out of the control of the hotel but construction noise going on around the building was horrible!
