"5 hotel- appartments on th 2nd floor , no lift. Staircase could be shined up, but inside the hotel-appartments are brand new, very clean, basic but in a good way. Right in city center. Cafees and restaurants just outside. "

"Location is placed inside a courtyard and does not look like much from the outside. But the room was nice and clean. The very small reception was placed on the 1st floor. There was a double spa bathtub with a shower head in the bathroom. I would have preferred a simple shower enclosure. Some people were hanging out in the courtyard but I never heard *any* noise except air-condition units. No noise from the street at all! Internet connectivity was high speed and worked flawless....
