Disappointed, but friendly staff
The hotel was under renovation, so we could not use the gym nor the restaurant. We did not know before we booked, and we prioritized the gym very highly. The towels we received were already used and not nice. As a gesture for the disappointing facilities we received a free massage.

hotel midt i junglen
stort hotel beliggenede midt i en jungle, flotte store værelser med flot udsigt over juglen, ok pool område, maden ikke super godt. fin gåtur på ridgewalk ned til byen. Skal køre til alt, men hotellet er super behjælpelige med at skaffe taxi. Hvis man vil bruge byen meget bliver det hurtigt meget kørseæ

Flot location med en enestående udsigt til skoven. Hotellet ligger et stykke væk fra byen i bil/scooter, men kun 15 minutters gåtur med en smuk natur. Hotellet var fint, men kunne have ligger alle andre steder i verden. Ikke meget “bali” over det. Der var nærmest ingen gæster på hotellet.. og selv med en flot pool, så var der ingen mennesker eller stemning.

Skønt ophold i junglen
Intet dårligt at sige om The Lokha Ubud. Hvis man skulle sætte en finger på noget, så er det at det ikke er muligt at gå ind til byen efter kl. 18.30, da Campridge Ridge Walk lukker.

Hotel i Ubud med rolig og naturskøn beliggenhed
Et dejligt hotel beliggende 20 min gang fra Ubud centrum. Man kan også køre til centrum med hotellets gratis shuttle. Hotellet ligger i et meget smukt og roligt område tæt på rismarker og midt i regnskoven. Man kan gå ind til centrum på en sti og det er en super flot tur. Værelserne er store og indbydende og der er et lækkert badeværelse med badekar. Personalet er meget venlige og smilende og man føler sig meget velkommen. Indcheckning var noget langsom. Morgenmaden er fin, der er rigeligt at vælge imellem men det er ikke den bedste buffet vi har oplevet. Der er en lille hyggelig pool hvor der ikke er meget sol grundet hotellets beliggenhed i regnskoven. Der er også et lille træningslokale som har det mest basale træningsudstyr. Hotellets have er smukt indrettet med små stier og skulpturer mellem træer og planter. Vi havde et perfekt ophold i Ubud og nød at komme lidt væk fra trafik, mennesker og larm efter at have brugt dagen i Ubud centrum. Så hotellet kan bestemt anbefales.

Meget hotel for pengene
Rigtig fint hotel og meget venlig personale. Hjæpsom til at booke ture, scootere mm. Til acceptable priser. Da vi ankom havde vi booket et dobbeltværelse, men blev opgraderet til en Valley villa, som var helt fantastisk og hyggelig. Morgenmaden havde vi valgt fra, hvis vi havde vidst, hvad der blev serveret. Samtidig var der også fluer i toastbrødet en morgen idet morgenmaden hver morgen bliver serveret under åben himmel, hvilket også er hyggeligt. Alt i alt en god oplevelse og ligger meget tæt på 5 ud af 5 stjerner.

Ligger lidt udenfor Ubud centrum ved lille rismark. Ligger uforstyrret i skoven med dejlig pool. Fin restaurant med gode variationer af mad. Morgen buffet dog ikke den bedste. Dejligt sted at slappe af. Lej en scooter og kom omkring.

Super flot værelse m udsigt og badekar. Hotellet ligger midt i junglelignende omgivelser. 10-15 min gang ned til Ubud by (20 min hjem da det går opad). Gratis shuttelbus x 4 i døgnet. Super service, fin restaurant og god spa med fine priser af at være et hotel. Poolen god, men ikke så stor. Vil klart anbefalet det til andre! Dog ikke så børnevenligt....

Lidt på landet
Lækkert hotel, virkelig serviceminded personale, lidt kedelig restaurant, menukortet er super fint, men alt for omfattende og de havde ikke råvarer til 3 ud af 5 forretter. Maden de kunne lave, var dog ganske god. Lækker pool, men rengøring/vedligehold omkring pool kunne være bedre. Det ligger smukt, men for langt fra Ubud og selvom de siger det koster rhp 80000, med taxa til byen, så bliver det altid dyrere.

Great location
The location of this hotel is great as it is in the middle of the rice fields and forrest and gives a feeling of living in the middle of the jungle, while at the same time it takes 15 min to walk to Ubud center from a short cut near the hotel. The pool area is very nice and quiet and good for relaxation after spending the day on all activities in and around Ubud but is not recommended for a holiday only by the pool as there is almost no sunshine. The restaurant was not the best and breakfast also not. Recommended to eat in Ubud center instead. Free shuttle bus to Ubud center also. We booked some activities via the hotel service which is not recommended as they did not know all the necessary details about the trips. Book locally in Ubud center instead which is cheaper and better. Good massage and spa area but much cheaper in Ubud center.

Når man kommer til hotellet bliver man modtaget af høflige og søde mennesker,efter indtjek blev vi vist til vores værelser, der var store og flotte. Den første gåtur gennem hotellets område, tog næsten pusten fra en, det var så smukt, at det er svært at beskrive de enestående omgivelser. Både morgenmads buffeen og maden i restauranten er super god. Hotellet ligger ligger noget uden for byen, men med deres shuttelbus service er det nærmest en fordel, da man så får køreturen gennem bl.a rismarker.

Just want to say, it was a great stay at this property, location was good. Spa was ok. Gym not so great. Staff were great and very friendly. Housekeeping did a great job cleaning the villa. Few negatives, mosquitoes were a problem, feel like burinh stucks or spray could be used when turn down service happens. (Had this in other hotels/villas similar) got bitten alot. Breakfast is too big and not great. We eat out everyday. There is so much potential for this place just needs to tweek a few little things. Other than that we enjoyed our stay, i would recommend the hotel. And would stay again if these things were implemented

Das Hotel liegt ruhig gelegen mit Blick in den Dschungel. Die Zimmer sind groß und gut ausgestattet. Das Restaurant und der Pool haben eine tolle Atmosphäre. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Schöne Warungs sind fussläufig erreichbar. Der Wanderweg nach Ubud ist vor der Tür. Ein Shuttleservice wird kostenlos mehrmals täglich angeboten. Die Austattung ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Auch die angebotenen Speisen im Restaurant haben uns nicht überzeugt.

Ein sehr schönes Resort mitten in Ubud. Ruhig gelegen, man ist in 15-20 Minuten mit dem Roller im Zentrum. Wir hatten eine Pool-Villa. Es wurde jeden Tag gereinigt und die Handtücher gewechselt. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und Hilfsbereit und jeder Wunsch wurde einem erfüllt. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt! Absolut zu empfehlen

We shared feedback about this property, and the staff basically shared that they had received no complaints, meanwhile we shared pictures of dirty towels, dirty sheets, molded bath robes, etc. we selected this hotel because of how close it was to everything, but it turned out to be a nightmare. The resort is fairly old and it is not being taken care of properly. Rooms that aren’t being used, they are not throughougly cleaning them, maybe because they don’t think that anyone will check the sheets and bed. One of our couples LEFT, found a new property and met with us every day. We tried to get a refund to find a new property and were told “no complaints had been filed, even after sharing pictures”. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND SEPTEMBER 2023

Amazing place, stayed 4 days and one of the best places i have stayed. Brilliant staff and services. Food is amazing and villas and gardens impeccably presented. Will stay agin. Thanks to this resort. As a solo traveller i was made to feel wonderful and welcome.

Recommend to couples
Stayed in the pool villa for 3 nights with my partner and was an amazing experience. Staff were so caring and helpful. Food wasn’t the greatest for the breakfast buffet but apart from that everything else was perfect. Recommend the beauty for two package for the massage as was so romantic with the bath overlooking the Forrest. Definitely coming back with my girl!

Das Hotel an sich ist schön. Wir haben uns in unserer kleinen Villa mit Pool wohl gefühlt. Allerdings lässt die Sauberkeit der Villa zu wünschen übrig. Wir haben unsere Sachen erst gar nicht in die schränke geräumt. Die waren voller Spinnenweben und haben fürchterlich gestunken. Die Anlage selbst ist aber gepflegt und sauber. Das Personal sehr freundlich und das Essen lecker. In der Nähe sind Restaurants die auch empfehlenswert sind. Außerdem ist Ubud zu Fuß gut zu erreichen. Man sollte aber eine Taschenlampe dabei haben falls man den Weg im Dunkeln zurück legen möchte.

프레지덴셜빌라에서 3박을 하였습니다. 빌라는 2개의 객실이 있고 오픈된 리빙룸이 하나, 제법 크기가 큰 풀로 구성되어있습니다. 빌라 자체는 좀 낡았습니다. 방 두개 중 한개 방 에어콘은 제대로 작동하지 않습니다. 다행이 건기였고 저녁에는 시원했기 때문에 따로 고쳐달라고 요청하지도 않았습니다. 객실 두개 중 한개 객실은 화장실에서 야외 샤워장으로 나가는 문이 잠기지 않습니다. 누군가 담을 넘으면 객실로 들어올 수 있는 상황으로 첫날은 매우 걱정되었습니다. 이부분은 고객의 심리적 안정을 위해서 반드시 시건장치를 달아야될 것같습니다. 객실에 안전금고가 없는 것도 조금 불안합니다. 귀중품을 캐리어에 넣고 잠궈두는 것은 3박동안 묵기에 불편하기 때문입니다. 무엇보다 이 빌라의 가장 큰 장점은 풀장입니다. 다만 빌라가 정글에 있기 때문에 풀에 나뭇잎, 나뭇가지, 벌레들이 좀 있습니다. 공용 풀에서는 다이빙을 할 수 없지만 프라이빗 풀이므로 아이들이 신나게 다이빙하고 놀 수 있었습니다. 조식당의 음식은 가짓수가 많지는 않지만 음식 맛은 좋은 편입니다. 애프터눈 티 시간이 있고 이때 티와 샌드위치, 작은 케익 또는 푸딩 등이 제공됩니다. 샌드위치는 간단히 만들어진 것으로 보이지만 맛있습니다. 직원들이 매우 친절합니다. 직원들 친절함이 아마 이 리조트의 최대 강점이 아닐까 싶습니다. 룸컨디션을 생각하면 1박 비용이 높은 편이라고 생각되고 재방문은 고민이 됩니다.

Beautiful hideaway resort
Very friendly staff and very nice villa also got and very nice surprise in our room restaurant very good only thing to mention it’s a little bit far walking distance to the city centre so if you’re not very happy about walking 20 to 30 minutes or renting a motorbike, it’s perfect

Catastrophique
Hôtel décevant, les avis ne sont pas du tout en lien avec la réalité de ce lieu. L’hôtel est plutôt bien situé avec une flore merveilleuse mais l’entretien général de l’hôtel laisse vraiment à désirer : - Chambre HUMIDE (après deux jours l’humidité était telle que nous avions l’impression de dormir dans draps mouillés!!!) Toutes nos affaires sentent l’humidité. - Ménage et odeur de javel affreuse (tout était gras) - Piscine sublime mais la propreté des transats ne donne absolument pas envie de s’y installer - Minibar vide - Ménage non effectué le 2ème jour Pour le prix c’est très loin des attentes que nous pouvions avoir au moment de la réservation…
