Very clean and comfortable hotel
Very nice hotel with pool, gym, spa and restaurant. The breakfast was ok, you can make your own juice. It’s central but in an area with a lot of poor people on the street, but I felt safe walking around. Management and staff at the hotel are very friendly and helpful. Regarding the mini bar: in the room it says that price is incl of tax and service fee but when checking out you’ll pay extra fees after all - which is strange.

Meget larm ellers var der en god service.
God service, meget larm på hotellet. Undrede os over at alle andre der ankom fik en velkomst drik og en kage, men vi var de eneste der ikke blev budt noget. Vi var der i 3 dage så vi så en del der ankom.

Rigtig godt hotel til pengene
Super fint hotel med rigtig rent og rummeligt værelse. Venlige og hjælpsomme medarbejdere, der er klar til at hjælpe med alverdens ting. Ligger tæt på hovedgaden, men stadig ro om natten, så man ikke bliver forstyrret. Poolen og liggestolene får desværre ikke rigtig som på grund af beliggenheden, men stadig rart at kun cd slappe lidt af der efter de mange oplevelser i Ubud.

Fint centralt beliggende hotel
Pænt hotel meget centralt ! Poolen er nærmest en indendørs pool, da den ligger midt i hotellet uden lys og sol !

Close to Ubud City center
Walking distance to City center 6-8 minutes. The staff did their outmost to male our stay very good. Tours In The ricefields and In The jungle ensomhed up having lunch With A family In A Village were peak experiences.

Godt hotel. Dog en lille pool med høje bygninger rundt om= meget lidt sol - og kun 8 liggestole. Vi manglede et sted at sole os mellem de mange gåture rundt i byen.

Finnok.
Sjældent har jeg oplevet morgenkåber af så silkeblød kvalitet, og disse - kombineret med et par slippers af aller fornemmeste hertugmateriale - ligger op til en romantisk aften af en anden verden, der som selvfølge indeholder roomservice. Madens aromaer var blændende - en fornøjelse mine smagsløg næppe har oplevet i samme grad før. Fint sted.

OK hotel i det centrale Ubud
Vi boede tre nætter på hotellet, primært for at være tæt på Ubud centrum. For os, der rejste med et barn på 9 måneder, var det centrale Ubud dog for turistpræget og larmende for os, i forhold til de andre steder vi har boet i Bali, som ligger mere ude på landet. Men ønsker man at være i centrum, kan dette hotel klart anbefales. Godt: super venligt personale, lækker morgenbuffet, stærkt wifi. Mindre godt: glasdør ud til WC og Bad (?), lille pool, små værelser.

Dejligt hotel med supergod service. Forrygende morgenmadsbuffet. Tog en "suite" - et lidt større rum med glasafskærmet bad/toilet (der øger rumfornemmelsen) og med balkon ud mod gården. Plus: Det er skærmet mod gadestøjen. Minus: Musiksløjfen, der kører fra tidlig morgen til sen aften. Ligger i begyndelsen af "hovedgaden" i Ubud, så ikke midt i det mere larmende centrum.

A lovely hotel that had exceptional customer service from the staff. From the moment we arrived we were warmly greeted with a refreshing iced tea and cake. The restaurant staff got to know us by name and were genuinely interested in our day and what we’d done - such a wonderful experience being there. The rooms were spacious and the beds comfy. The wifi was the best we had in Bali. It’s located down the street from the Royal Palace with lots of restaurants nearby but we didn’t use many as the hotel restaurant was great. The buffet breakfast was lovely with a good range of hot and cold choices that changed each day. Wonderful pool area. Highly recommend.

The hotel and the room was very clean. The staffs were also friendly and accommodating especially the kitchen staff. Their breakfast was amazing too. The area was also perfect for evening walks with variety food to choose from. We had good experience overall. The only issue was that we could hear everything from rooms next door.

I saw rats just around the corner of the property. You have to walk around the corner to get anywhere and the garbage and rats at that corner, scooter taxis, was just dirty. I have stayed at Senz before and the corner was not a problem then but now it is a real health issue.

I truly enjoyed staying at this hotel. The staff was very friendly and kind. Had my room cleaned daily and the bathroom was always left spotless. The hotel is really well located, lots la great restaurants and spas around it. I also loved the breakfast buffet and express lunch of the hotel’s restaurant. Can’t recommend it more. I will be back!

The staff was warm, accommodating and they always had a smile on their face. Just the right amount of attentiveness at all times! Room was clean and well serviced throughout out stay. The spa services were very nice as well and the food and drink options plentiful for those moments when we didn’t want to venture far from the hotel. I would stay there again if I find myself back in Ubud!

As a solo traveller i found the staff very professional and helpful welcoming. The pool was lovely, the breakfast ample and tasty. Hote is very central for good tours and only 10 min walk to palace and market. Highly recommend

Mooie, schone ruime kamers met moderne badkamer, en een zwembad. Het personeel is zeer vriendelijk. Eten is goed, ontbijtbuffet. Niets op aan te merken en dus aanbevelenswaardig. Je bent binnen een paar minuten lopen in het centrum van Ubud. Als zelfs dit je te veel is, bestel voor een klein bedrag een auto of scooter.

Staff were very friendly and welcoming, the rooms were clean and the location was excellent, walking distance to a lot of the main sights and restaurants. The only negatives were that there were quite a few flies in the bathroom (not sure how they got in), it was quite loud at times and you could hear noises from the rooms next door. Also I didn’t like that the pool and loungers were just outside the restaurant meaning everyone could see you!
