Perfekt beliggenhed....
Beliggenheden er perfekt og det er et skønt og rigtig flot bygget hotel. Desværre er der ikke rent, madrasserne er fugtige og tæpperne plettede. Ingen rengøring eller håndklædeskift i de 4 dage vi boede der. Når det er sagt er personaletvenlige og imødekommende og så er beliggenhed helt perfekt.

Entertaining monkeys
Very good value. A bit run down, but a very large room and nice sitting on the balcony watching the monkeys play in the trees close by. Two swimmingpools! The staff was helpful organising cheap tickets for the fast boat to Gili Islands. Ubud is a very nice town and Pande Permai was a good base for exploring it.

Dejligt hotel nær Abeskoven i Ubud
Et godt hotel til billige penge, når man besøger Ubud. Hyggelig lille pool, som vi ofte havde for os selv. Dejligt stor værelse med aircondition. Eneate minus er at man selv skal hente toiletpapir (og rullerne er meget små). Ingen kaffe te faciliteter. Og så fik vi besøg af aberne hver morgen på vores balkon. (Men de var ved at lave noget for at sikre det mod at de kunne komme ind. Dejlig morgenmad med menukort man selv kan vælge fra.

Fint, stort værelse der blev rengjort hver dag. Beliggende midt i centrum af Ubud. Eneste minus er morgenmaden, der var ret kedelig. Venligt personale. Ville bo her igen.

Ok place for the money if you want to stay in central Ubud for a night or two. Experienced our first earthquake during the night, a 7.1 that made the place shake and bake.

Staff unfriendly...sheets, doona in my son's room had sex stains all over them. Reported to staff at 2.10pm...returned at 8pm and still not fixed. Both rooms were old and dirty...when we checked in at 12.00 they tried to say we had 1 room booked...fixed that and then when we came back at 2pm to go to our rooms they once again tried to say we had 1 room booked. We had booked 5 nights and stayed 1! Other people were also upset and leaving. I feel that it is a scam....they want you to leave. No refund. .then rent room again

We just want we never scam our guest u and your son check out at 7 AM bring your bag and leave the key without give information to the receptionist u Will back to the hotel (we can look u at the CCTV). Second u said our hotel old yes offcourse our hotel is old because we still have the Balinese calssic style so if u want the modern u can stay at 3 or 5 star hotel. Third u said our room dirty we Will explain about this our housekeeping always clean the rooms every day so why u said our room still dirty. So come on please reality u holiday at Bali island offcourse u must fell the balinese spirit like the balinese food, the room who have style balinese classic and balinese people.Many good tourist like with our hotel and they said our rooms are nice and the staff are very friendly (we have the proof and the video from the good Tourist). The location was awesome, the staff were good and ground were very attentive. The front had a pad lock and a gap, toilet leaked and the sink in the bath room was clogged.

Budget authentic stay in peaceful Ubud!
We started at the budget standard room it’s totally worth it esp if you don’t mind a smaller but functional room. Paid more to upgrade to the deluxe room that has a large balcony and spacious room with great lighting and that was even better. Pros: 2 min walk to monkey forest, 10 min to Ubud market and a grocery store; friendly staff; beautiful architecture Cons: towels and toilet paper can be upgraded for sure; breakfast can be improved Overall you’d expect some insects all over Bali no matter where you stay which is ok with us :)

Room was dirty lots of insects in the bathroom. 1 socket. Pool dirty. Breakfast only 3 options available from 10 options. Scooter for hire dangerous. For $20 a night you expect average but this should be $5 . The receptionist was good.

Café da manhã deixa muito a desejar, além de extremamente demorado por ter apenas uma pessoa fazendo o café de todos, ainda conta com pouquíssimas opções. Wifi funcionou bem no primeiro dia e muito mal nos dois dias seguintes, falamos com a recepção mas nada foi feito. No ultimo dia voltou a funcionar. Em uma das noites a água quente parou de funcionar, falamos com a recepção que nada fez. A escada que dava para o nosso quarto era escorregadia por ser de azulejo e cai dela numa noite chuvosa. A localização é boa.

Hotel is very nice. Location is good, near are shops, restaurants, monkey forest. We booked first 1 night and we liked so much that we stayed 10 nights. Place was very clean, staff doing very good job. There are kind and friendly. Breakfast is good. We got WiFi password immediately when we arrived. Swimming pool and area is big and comfortable. We miss after small fridge and water cooker. I really can recommend this hotel. We coming back this hotel

Great value in central location
Inexpensive hotel in a great location. It wasn’t busy when we were there so very quiet and private. Basic breakfast was made to order and tasted great. Bathroom a little tired but beds were comfortable. Keep your room door closed - lots of monkeys around! We stayed 4 nights in a superior room and all up it cost just over $100 AUD for 2 people including breakfast, so great value.

Bra budgethotell
Hotellet ligger mycket bra precis vid monkey forest. Detta gör dock att det finns en hel del apor som springer runt vid hotellet. Rummet vi fick var stort, men inte så fräscht. Uthyrning av mopeder finns billigt på hotellet. 2 stycken pooler höjer betyget samt att det var nära till det mesta.

Pretty decent for the price! Monkeys are a bit of a bother! There's no AC which was totally fine in September temperature wise but it sucks for air flow because there are no screens on the windows which means if you want fresh air at night you may have mosquitos.

Hôtel dans jolie bâtisse typique. Pour avoir déjà fait d’autres hôtels à Ubud, vous pourrez trouver mieux au même prix ! Points positifs : excellent petit-déjeuner (servi sans sourire) avec 8 formules au choix au top ! Ventilateur neuf, très bien placé, charme Points négatifs : service du petit-déjeuner, état de la chambre, prévoir masque de nuit et SURTOUT boules quies !!!!!! Les murs sont épais comme une feuille, on dort dans la même pièce que les voisins clairement. Aussi, est-ce vraiment utile de passer le balai brosse à 7h du mat ??... pas pour notre sommeil en tout cas... Souvent visité par les singes, chacun son point de vue là-dessus (moi j’ai adoré ! Sauf à 6h du mat...) attention donc à bien tout laisser fermé

Try to be objective
It is very close to town and food and shops which is great. The reception guys (especially the evening guy) are so lovely and try to help as much as possible. However other than this it was an awful stay. We booked for 6 nights and left after 2 because we couldn’t stand it any longer. We were in the Padi room (meant to be one of the better ones!) and it was dusty and smelt damp, the bed was rock hard, the curtains didn’t close (so no privacy when in room or when attempting to take a shower). I say attempting to shower because although the bathroom is probably the nicest part of the room the water was mainly cold...and even when there was limited hot water the pressure was so bad that I couldn’t wash the shampoo out of my hair. We were kept awake at night by the front door (which is not lockable!) banging open and closed with the wind. My husband woke up with bed bug bites as did I.....We had breakfast included and wish we hadn’t...cold and tasted awful...slammed onto the table by an older woman that was Miserable and obviously didn’t not want to be there! We felt awful leaving because the really nice older guy was on reception but there was no way we were staying another night. Also they get you to sign on check in a slip to say if you leave early you will get no refund (even if you have paid to allow modifications) so I suggest check the room before you sign! Or save time and go elsewhere. Shame as could be amazing with some love and care given to it!

Great place!
Spacious room and large comfortabe bed. Could use another electrical outlet or 2 in the bedroom. Multiple breakfast choices were on the menu but surprisingly the fried rice option wasn't available the 3 times I requested it. The one set of stairs to get to my room needs better night lighting but the rest of the property seems well lit. Being so close to the monkey forest is no joke - these cute thieves will come in your room to snatch food if you give them a chance. Overall I found the property gorgeous and the staff friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay here again!

Okay for what you pay
Overall, it was okay for the price. The room was huge with king bed, large bathroom and terrace. However, all the curtains were not able close properly, hope they can change the curtains to improve the privacy.

Run down but nice
The breakfast offer was not able to be met. The rooms look amazing but upon closer inspection they are very much in need of a renovation or overhaul. Things fall off or break eg. handle to bathroom door fell off, rail from bed fell off, curtain loops broke, tv had to be fixed, a/c had to be fixed. Lovely location with spacious rooms by the pool. Lovely staff but working at a very run down place in need of restoration. Mind you the price was very low so they must be aware of their short-comings. Daily visits to get a drink from the pool by local monkeys was a bonus.

One disappointed thing was stinky pillows and bed sheets....couldn't sleep. Location itself was very convenient. mini stores, restaurants and monkey forest were just few minutes away.

隠れ家的宿
何度も、ウブドには様々な宿に宿泊しましたが、今回初めて泊まった宿ですが、パサールウブドやウブド王宮には徒歩15分、モンキーフォレストには徒歩5分と言う立地で、奥まった入り口を抜けると広々と35?部屋ある6.7棟ある割と大きなホテルでした。部屋も大小様々な部屋と仕様でしたが、どれもバリらしい作りの部屋で居心地良く泊まる事が出来、また料金も他に比べて安いので利用させて頂きます。

Chambre top et situation idéale !
Séjour de 3 nuits à Pande Permai. Le cadre est chouette, la piscine également ! Quant aux chambres, la notre était très bien. Le ménage est fait tous les jours et le petit déjeuner pas mal. La situation est idéale puisqu’à deux pas de la Monkey Forest et sur l’avenue principale.

Very beautiful place, loved it
We loved staying here, we have stayed in three different rooms and we loved all of them. The first one had a balcony, and it was the Sakura room. It was the closest balcony to the monkey forest, so we were greeted with playful and hungry monkeys that night. That was when we learned to never leave anything outside bahaha. The room was huge, clean and tidy, and as I've said it had a balcony, which was beautiful to sit at and watch the monkeys and street below. All of their rooms are beautiful and I would definitely recommend staying here, just be careful of the passing monkeys as they may try to steal your diet coke :) They have two pools, and so far every room we have stayed in has been in front of a pool, which is really handy and beautiful to watch when it rains. The breakfast is alright, they had a few choices but we loved the fried noodles :) Every meal comes with a bowl of fruit, too. The differences between the rooms are that the deluxe and the superior both have fridges, air cons, bathtubs, tvs and larger rooms, and there is only one superior with a balcony, as most the deluxe rooms have balcony's. The standard rooms basically just have a bed, a ceiling fan, a wardrobe, a bedside table and a fairly small bathroom (some have balcony's too).

Perfect, maybe the only setback is the monkeys
Perfect, maybe the only setback is the monkeys, but if you keep your stuff close or in the room: no problem. The hotel is spacious, the staff very helpful. The pool is great. No negative things at all:-)

For the price I can recommend the hotel.
The rooms are nice & also the hotel garden with the swimming pool. The breakfast is not the best,.. and sometimes we had no electricity but otherwise it's nice. It's in the middle of Ubud & very close to the monkey forest.
