Nice place, big rooms and a lovely pool. But the daily leader was very rude and made the vacation very unpleasent. All he could Think about was money, money, money...

Super fint hotel til prisen
Super beliggenhed lige trukket lidt væk fra vejen. Wifi’en var rigtig god. Vi boede i værelse 5, som var super hyggelig, men trænger til en kærlig hånd. Dørene var ikke tætte, så der var lidt forskellige insekter på værelse samt meget lydt. Morgenmaden var super god. Alt i alt et super fin hotel til prisen i Ubud.

Very moist hotel
We had a very bad start when we came to Jati3. The room we where put in with our two kids had mold on the walls and water was dripping from the ceiling. We complained and where moved from a family room to two double rooms. The day after we where moved again to a new family room still very moist and only mold on the curtains. Staff was not very friendly and we were ignored and considered the "complaining" guest, as we could see other got a better treatment. We will not come back to this hotel.

Fint sted, midt i Ubud. Tæt på Abeskoven, som er godt hvis man har børn som gerne vil se det. Ikke luksus, men man får ok valuta for penge.

Rent, konfortabelt hotel. Er et lille smørhul
Hotellet var fint, når man kom væk fra den meget travle og turistede gade. Et andet områdde i Ubud giver bedre mulighe for mindre turidme ( og bedre mad og priser), men fint. Ubud er i dage pokkers turisted

Centralt placeret og fine værelser
Rigtig fin bungalow centralt placeret. Et minus var poolområdet. Vores værelse lå lige op af poolen, og det er forstyrrende, når der er børn, der dagen lang leger i og omkring poolen - hvor der desuden heller ikke er meget plads til selv at ligge.

Very cheep hotel
Very cheap hotel Room and Breakfast is plain WiFi not consistant Cleaning staff left key in our door enabling everybody to enter the room.

God placering og god pool til børn.
Hotellet ligger for enden af en gyde ca 100 meter fra gaden og i helt rolige omgivelser. Poolen er fin til børn med en lav ende på 50 cm.

Perfect location
Like another review I found hard to find it’s down a lane (opposite a flip flop store) once I got there I was very pleased lots of amazing statues stunning pool. My room was on the 3rd floor overlooking the fool and hills. The food was great and staff very friendly. Just a short walk to the action

Centrally located no frills hotel. Nice stay
Very centrally located in Ubud. Just off a little lane from one of the two main streets. The pool is nice. I’d stay here again.

Great value for money in the heart of Ubud. Staff are friendly and helpful. You won't be paying Novatel prices so don't expect luxury. But the rooms are large, quiet and a great view of the forest. Especially found the running stream relaxing.

The hotel is in a great location, lovely grounds, nice room with a view, basic bathroom (not fancy). My kids loved the pool and the fish spa. We could hear the bar music until 11pm every night, that was the only downside.

Top location. Quiet due to being set back from road but right in the heart of Ubud. My room was basic but had everything I needed. Great air con. Lovely pool. Fabulous staff. Good breakfast.

Härliga dagar i Ubud.
Läget var väldigt bra. Nära till både Monkey Forest och Yoga barn. Poolen var lagom stor. God frukost, särskilt bananpannkakorna uppskattades av barnen.

A very nice little Haven in the middle of Ubud
A very nice little Haven in the middle of busy Ubud. The hotel is far enough from the street that you can almost forget you're in the middle of the town. The view from the balcony is absolutely beautiful... Minuses are that the place is a bit run down, especially the bathroom needs work

Not what is promissed on their site
We had a non-functioning toilet that we asked to have fixed for 3 days. We were promissed every time and given lengthy explanations what has happened to the handy man. Finally we were offered another room when I filled in the online form about our first impressions and mentioned the toilet. This hotel would only need a little TLC to be good. Instead it is partially cleaned, barely serviced. We had the feeling only the bare minimum is done and only when requested. Ie cleaning the dead, inch sized cockroach from under our bed.. We tried the spa. Well, it was money wasted.

Outside not bad but not comfortable and poor room
good location, the hotel outside good environment and near Ubud Market and Monkey Forest but bed sheet so bad smell, not changed towel everyday, The bathroom door can not close, have mosquitoes.

Owner controls the place. But amazing location
The reviews i’ve read before booking has been quite accurate. I went with my brother and friend for 3 days. The hotel owner is very controlling of his facility, and it can become rather uneasy when he is always around. I stress the emphasis that. Even if the hotel is on the bar street. This is NOT your local party hotel. The location and standard is very good if you want to be close to the center. Everything is Within reach! I believe we over paid a bit for or transit out of the hotel. So be sure to negotiate, even if he is the hotel owner. There are a LOT of people just outside who can arrange the same services. Breakfast is an order based choosing. And rather good. But portions are not big. Rather small, or normal. We always purchased a second breakfast out. All in all. 4/5 for hotel 2/5 for the owner/mood of the place

Älkää ikinä majoittuko tänne
Oltiin varattu standar-huone ja saatiin huone jota ei sivuilla edes esitelty. Älkää missään nimessä huoliko huoneita jotka ovat punatiilisiä esim huone numero 4 , koska perhe asuu vieressä ja aloittavat elämisen jo klo 7 aamulla. Tässä samaisessa huoneen välikatossa asui eläin joka rapisutti öisin huutavan kekkon lisäksi. Tyynyt likaisia, ei saatu edes pyytämällä puhtaita. Huoneessa tunkkainen/ kostea haju, aamuisin särki pää kun heräsi. Aamupalalla teen vesi maistui ummehtuneelta ja kahvi tuotiin haaleena.Oltiin onnellisia kun päästiin täältä pois !

Jati 3 Bungalows standard room situated in Balinese family compound , we hope you could feel Balinese ambiance during stay at this room. Bali is tropical island and our place surrounded by tropical forest, three would be impossible to get rid all of animal (gecko) out of our area, but we would do our best to keep the animal out from the room . Thank you for highlighting our cleanliness we would do our best to solve this issue We hope you have a great holiday in Bali.

위치는몽티포레스트나 시장에서 가깝지만 안쪽으로 많이들어가야해요.늦은밤 여자 혼자는 ㅠㅠ...사진보다 수영장은 조금 작았고, 직원들은 대체로 친절했으나...결정적인 침대시트가 더러워 매일 몸을 긁게되거나 잠을 잘 못잤어요...저렴하긴한데 여행이 조금 피곤해짐,왜냐하면 불면~

The property located at busy monkey forest street, you need to go in about 60 meter from the main road to get the property. This give a good combination for the guest, they still close to restaurant,shop, and monkey forest and the other hand still get a quiet place to stay. First of all the hotel said I didnt pay, and made me pay again at checking out - even though I showed that I had paid via www.hotels.com. Afterwards checking my account I could see that hotel.com had withdrawn the amount. So I paid twice. After complaint I got my refund, but be carefull! The internet is poor, keeps falling out. The room was smelly. and I woke up at 0500 and had a bad and dry taste in my mouth. Including a headdick. This due to the smelly humid room. The smell came from the airconditioner. I had no hot water at all. Meaning very little water came out. What came out was cold. I talked to reception, they said they fixed in the morning....but they didnt. I did not extend my stay her. The lights in the room are horrible bright, the blanket smelly and I found long black hair on the floor. I have short blond I been to hundreds of hotels, this is one of the worst. I hardly ever complain, I rather give credit. After complaining to the hotel, they offered med 30 mins massage....what a joke. A bad night sleep and not able to shower. My advise that you stay away from the place....it has bad vibes.

Hyvä perus hotelli hyvällä sijainnilla. 5 minuutissa Money Forestin, paljon ravintoloita vieressä. Aamupala oli ihan hyvä. Rauhaisa sisäpiha, hyvä uima-allas. Oli vähän vaikea löytää, autolla ei pääse perille, pitää mennä kävellen kapeaa käytävää pitkin n. 30 metriä, liikenteen äänet ei kuulu sinne. Menisinkö uudelleen, no mikä ettei..

Right next to monkey forest- so convenient location. Deluxe room was on top level, nice view. Breakfast was so so. Didn't know they had scooter rental until the last couple of days. Not very helpful staff when it came to asking about activities/prices. Facial at spa was average. Nice pool. Loud air conditioner on the house that disturbed peace

Séjour mémorable au Jati 3
Hotel hyper central mais très calme car situé au bout d une allée. Un temple hindou à l entrée vous accueille, quel plaisir de voir chaque matin le ceremonial des offrandes depuis sa fenêtre. Chambre et salle de bain agréable, le seul reproche serait le matelas que nous avons trouvé moyen, pour le reste c est parfait
