"SunSeaSand is the perfect place to stay for a kiteboarding vacation! The property is a five-minute walk to the beach and only two minutes to beach access - I walked with my gear down to the water with no trouble. Make sure you rent a car and stop at a grocery store on the way; the kitchen has everything you need to prep meals (no oven, but I don't need that when I have a toaster and a grill). The grounds are GORGEOUS - I cannot emphasize enough what a wonderful job Joseph the caretaker has done...

"Honestly, I don’t think they understand what “luxury” means. The apartment needs a lot of work—there’s nothing luxury about it at all. The towels are very old, the sitting area has a noticeable smell, and the bathrooms are outdated and not very functional. The only good things were the washer, dryer, and fridge—everything else was disappointing. They also advertise using the Ocean Club Plaza name and photos, but all you actually get is access to their beach chairs. That’s it. We even paid $60...

"Majid was an excellent host. He is very attentive to the property and responsive to messages. It was our first time traveling to Turks and Caicos and we really wanted to snorkel. Majid recommended a perfect spot for snorkeling. We ended up going back to the location twice. The private beach access is quiet and beautiful.
