We stayed here for five nights and loved it. The pool was clean and never crowded. The beach access was perfect and we loved the lounge chairs. The condo is a little outdated but we knew that when we booked. The shower was great and we loved the comfy bed and the ability to do laundry. Shay’s cafe was just down the street for breakfast and the new restaurant Selena next to the condo has amazing sushi. We also had lunch several times at the new shop behind Salina’s. They have great salads and sandwiches and the staff are friendlyOverall we had an amazing vacation and can’t wait to come back!

The condo needs some painting and other cosmetic upgrades such as blackout shades, but it is tought to beat the location of this condo, and it is a lot of space for the price especially in this area that is a short walk to everything.

Great location on Grace Bay. Beach is close and plenty of restaurants, coffee shops and shopping to walk to. Rental could definitely use some updating. Nothing to brag about but also no real complaints.

Nice Condo

This is a really excellent location with a lot of restaurants within walking distance and access to the beach nearby. The back patio/pool area is beautiful and very private. We were very happy with our stay. I would definitely stay again.

Nice corner unit. Spacious and clean. Construction across the street was an eyesore and a bit loud, but that is out of anyone’s control. GREAT location, walking distance to so many things: beach, food, drinks, shopping….

Awesome location

The location of this property is great. Grace Bay is a very short walk and so are the shops. Breakfast is less than a 3 min walk along with a convenience store, souvenir shops and other restaurants

Excellent stay

We loved this place, very clean, excellent location & very quiet! A/C was on full blast when we arrived, we had to turn it warmer and didn’t use A/C in living area at night, only the bedroom. Great shower pressure. Would happily stay here again.

Location for the win

Great location for both short walk to the beach as well as short walk to restaurants and shops. Simple one bedroom unit which has everything you need. Pool and gardens on the grounds are both beautiful. Construction on building next door ongoing FYI. This is our third time at this location-very satisfied.

Xmas vacation with my 3 adult kids

I was so pleasantly surprised with the condo and all the amenities you could hope for at a beach rental. I was impressed with all aspects of this property, beautiful pool, I can’t say enough good things about it. I wanted to stay longer but it was booked, I would stay here again in a heartbeat as I thought the price and what you got was perfect for me and my family, thank you so much!

Location Location

This is our second time at Graham's place. The location is #1 - to the beach, to restaurants and grocery stores, etc. Inn at Grace Bay has a great property, flowers and trees are amazing. The pool is well kept and quiet most times. The apartment has everything you need.

Perfect Getaway

This property has an amazing location (walkable to just about everything including the beach, restaurants and shops). We did not need a car and a taxi ride from the airport was only $30 for two people. Many items were supplied and the space was very clean. We would definitely stay here again and would recommend staying here to anyone looking to enjoy a visit to Turks & Caicos.

Location Location Location ❤️

What a wonderful place!! We were close to everything downtown and a short easy (flat) walk to the prettiest beach in the world! The pool was refreshing and the perfect end to several long beach days! This condo was stocked with everything we needed. Can’t say enough good things. Highly recommend!!

Lots of stuff within a walking distance from this place which I think was the best part of it! The beach seriously took maybe 3 minutes to walk to, food and shops depending on how far you wanted to go would range from 5 mins to maybe 20 minutes but it’s all easy (ie no hills, plenty of sidewalks, etc). For the accommodations itself, it was nice to stay in a place where we could hit up the grocery store about 10 mins away walking and have food and drinks for the week so we didn’t have to spend as much on restaurants! You can tell it’s been a little while since it’s been upgraded, as there is scuffing on the walls, paint peeling under the main rooms TV, some discoloration in the shower and older appliances. Besides the upgrades that could be had we would gladly stay here again since the linens and towels were nice and clean, there was extra beach towels/beach toys/cooler, access to a washer/dryer was huge, and overall I think it was more cost effective to stay here than in a hotel where you don’t get the full kitchen.

Better Than Expected

I was quite pleased with my choice of this property. Traveled alone. The actual is better than the pictures. Gorgeous landscaping all around the property. Pool was great for after the beach. Quiet, serene and within walking distance to beach, stores, shops and restaurants. If I get to come back I will secure this property again.

Great location

We had a great stay in this unit. Location was just a short 3 minute walk to the beach in one direction or just about a block or two in the other direction for the shops/restaraunts and Salt Mill Plaza. Unit is a little dated and the hot water was only warm for a couple minutes, but it suited us fine for our needs as we weren't in the unit much. Would reccommend if looking for a reasonably priced property in the middle of it all.

Excellent Stay!

You cannot beat the location of this property - just a few minutes walk into both the main strip of restaurants, bars, shops and a few minutes walk the other direction to Grace Bay Beach. Property was clean and as it looks in the photos. We loved the pool, and although there is construction next door, we did not find it bothersome (maybe we are heavier sleepers?!). All in all, would definitely recommend.

Grace Bay Jan 2024

Lovely place to say. In the middle of all the swanky hotels. Walking distance to Hemingways, the deck at seven stars and the Infinity Bar. The Place is clean and comfy , Full kitchen , comfy King Size bed. Our host Graham replied immediately to all our questions, as well as Neko the property manager. We will be back !!!!
