"It is a good property and the rooms are good, the staff is very professional, and the restaurant is very good. there is no nearby store or supermarket within walking distance. No free water in the room, and to buy bottle of water it costs $6. the prices are like US prices so every thing is expensive. No beach you can use, there is a very small sandy beach but in order to get there you have to climb 90 stairs and the water is filled with big rocks not suitable for swimming."

"Hotel is a little older, but very well maintained. For an all-inclusive we were very positively surprised by the quality and selection of food - and the service was excellent across the hotel. Only reason why it does not get a perfect 5 star rating is that we had a charge of 4.500 MXN (225 USD) on our room that we did not agree with. The front desk agent said that this was something we have to talk with a supervisor about, "but they are all in a meeting, so you have to pay now"."

"Everything was great except upon arrival the staff was not very helpful. We extended our vacation from another location and only needed one night stay. We arrived early and bc of the rain none of the bars were open for drinks or snacks. When we asked to be directed no one seemed to know where anything was at.
