"Hotel is a little older, but very well maintained.
For an all-inclusive we were very positively surprised by the quality and selection of food - and the service was excellent across the hotel.
Only reason why it does not get a perfect 5 star rating is that we had a charge of 4.500 MXN (225 USD) on our room that we did not agree with.
The front desk agent said that this was something we have to talk with a supervisor about, "but they are all in a meeting, so you have to pay now"."
"My wife and I stayed at Paradisus Los Cabos for 10 nights to celebrate our 20th anniversary. Overall, we had a very enjoyable stay. The resort is beautiful, extremely clean and very maintained, with gorgeous gardens and grounds the pool area was excellent. "This resort exceeded my expectations! From the spacious, clean, and modern rooms to the beautiful infinity pool overlooking the ocean, everything made our stay comfortable and relaxing.
The spa is outstanding, although the treatments are overpriced, which seems to be common at luxury resorts. They offer complimentary hydrotherapy tours, and I highly recommend trying them. It’s a great way to enjoy the spa experience.

"Keep in mind that this hotel is extremely calm, they don’t have a theater for shows as other hotels, they just have a small scenario facing the beach where they have fire and light shows basically, nothing fancy. What really saved my trip was the food at the specialty restaurants, the majority of their staff were really helpful and friendly. Other than that that there’s little to no entertainment there."
"Hotel is beautiful and clean. Draw backs are it’s too big a property. Going into town is a process navigating to the main hotel lobby. To access Uber you have to exit the main hotel area and wait in the sun. Returning from a graduation ceremony we got in too late to access the mercadito to get some water, we asked the front desk however we were told they did not have water for us and directed us to the gym to get water however without a receptacle we couldn’t get any."
