"The Marquis was absolutely beautiful, staff was amazing. Only draw back was the overall selection of beer. Gift shop is something to avoid. Another negated we didn’t receive the resort credit as sold on Expedia. Very important to get the app on arrival, the other Marquis app had nothing to do with our stay."

"Hotel is a little older, but very well maintained.
For an all-inclusive we were very positively surprised by the quality and selection of food - and the service was excellent across the hotel.
Only reason why it does not get a perfect 5 star rating is that we had a charge of 4.500 MXN (225 USD) on our room that we did not agree with.
The front desk agent said that this was something we have to talk with a supervisor about, "but they are all in a meeting, so you have to pay now"."

"This hotel was really clean, and the staff members were nice and helpful. The one thing that guest should know is if you go to dinner at any of the restaurants for one you can order multiple meals. It's one meal and that is it. you also can't order cocktails at the restaurants. They send you to get drinks at the upper bar, they will only serve you wine. That was annoying. It was also very hard to get into the restaurants as well. They don't take reservations and they are always booked. The...

"This is a 5 Star resort! It was wonderful, the staff were great and the food was top notch for an all inclusive. Definitely get the all inclusive because pricing in general was high. The only downside was that they are building a hotel right across from the resort and it is a bit noisy and the beautiful views will be blocked soon."
