"The property is well maintained, and there is everything you need for comfort and relaxation but service lacks to some extent as they do the strictly minimum. Some of the valets are passive agressive and sometimes pool attendants ‘don’t see you’ for the longest time. The place is quiet from 10pm to 8am for those who want to recharge during their vacation. The food was really good. It’s on the beach so very convenient. I didn't like having people offering horse rides walking up and down the beach...

Rooms- dirty, severely outdated, cracks in the walls, old beat up furniture, uncomfortable beds, a lightbulb in the bathroom for your light. No facecloths, only one bottle of water daily for two people even though you can’t drink the tap water or use it to brush your teeth. Room not sound proof at all, you hear everything. And Unico tried to charge me 250% of what I could pay to book it on Expedia. I showed them the rate and they insisted on $1,800 a night.
