"There was a $500 resort discount voucher included in my reservation. The vouchers were useless. There was $80 worth of vouchers that were for "upgrade room". There is no point of an "upgrade room" voucher when you have already paid for the room and these vouchers are given after the fact."

"The property is unique and has a beautiful courtyard; it is still being built in parts- I hope to see it when the space is completely built. Our room was very comfortable and clean. Loved the little stairway to the loft picnic area. Thank you for a wonderful stay!"

"Lindo hotel. Todo muy bonito y cómodo. El personal muy amable. Especialmente Maricarmen. Le hace falta solo ganchos de metal en el baño para colgar las toallas y para colocar el papel de baño. De allí en fuera excelente decoración y espacios muy agradables. La alberca muy gustó, la habitación también. El agua para bañarse estaba tibia nunca llegó a ser caliente. Fuera de eso muy cómoda y agradable estancia. "

The manager was not around a lot, I had a complaint about people in the pool after midnight, they were smoking and drinking until after 1am but the manager was not around to tell. I would stay there again, but I would google map the area to see where the construction was taking place."
