One of the highlights is your plunge pool for personal use great for a refreshing dip after a day exploring. Please note that while the pool is assigned to your unit, it is not fully private, as there are no dividing walls between neighboring terraces.

Located about 10 minutes by car from the beach and Tulum’s Mayan ruins, and just a short ride to cafés, restaurants, and local shops, this studio places you in the heart of Tulum’s evolving lifestyle surrounded by nature and close to everything.



Important: Due to seasonal weather conditions in Tulum, particularly during the rainy season (June to October), occasional power fluctuations or temporary outages may occur. We appreciate your understanding and will do our best to minimize any inconvenience.



For stays of 20 nights or longer, mandatory mid‑stay cleaning(s) are required (one per each 20‑night block). A standard cleaning fee applies per mid‑stay. Scheduling is coordinated with guests and includes a full linen change.



Guest Access:

You’ll have self check-in through a secure smartlock located at the entrance of the property. A unique access code will be provided before your arrival, making it easy to check in at your convenience no need to coordinate with anyone in person.

This gives you flexibility, privacy, and a smooth arrival experience, even if you arrive late or outside standard hours.

The BBQ area is available for guest use but requires prior reservation through the building administration. Availability is subject to scheduling, so we recommend requesting access in advance if you plan to use it during your stay.



During your stay, we ask permission to access the property for maintenance service for your balcony plunge pool once a week or as needed. Please note that these visits are always scheduled after 3:00 PM, and we will coordinate with you to find the most convenient time within this window.
