Welcome to our penthouse in Tulum! We want you to have a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Please take a moment to read through our house rules:

-No Smoking:
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment. Designated outdoor areas may be used for smoking.

-Pool Safety:
No glassware in or around the pool. Please use plastic cups or bottles.
Children must be supervised at all times.
No diving or running around the pool area.

-Respect the Property:
Please treat the furniture and amenities with care. Any damage or broken items will be charged to the guest.

-Noise Control:
Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8AM. Please be mindful of neighbors.

-Guest Policy:
Only registered guests are allowed on the property. No unapproved parties or large gatherings.

-Cleanliness:
Please keep the apartment tidy and report any issues immediately.
Dispose of trash in designated areas.
At checkout, the trash must be in bags and taken to the containers located in the parking lot.

-Air Conditioning and Energy Use:
Turn off air conditioning, lights, and electronics when not in use.

-Pets:
Pets are not allowed unless previously approved.

-Security:
The property is equipped with an exterior camera monitoring the terrace and pool area for security purposes.

-Check-In and Check-Out
