Train transportation is also available through the Tren Maya station in Tulum, which connects the region with other destinations across the Yucatán Peninsula.

Tulum is a growing destination surrounded by beautiful tropical nature. Because of this, guests may occasionally encounter local wildlife such as insects, small lizards, or geckos. This is completely normal in the region and part of the natural jungle environment.

From time to time, nearby developments in the area may have construction activity during daytime hours, as Tulum continues to grow. We always aim to provide a comfortable and relaxing stay, but occasional noise may occur during working hours.

Electricity in Tulum can sometimes fluctuate due to weather or regional demand. In rare cases, brief power outages may happen, though they are usually resolved quickly.
