Our room was super comfortable and very quiet. Easy access to the casino and dinning. Staff was pleasant and professional. There is nothing really negative to say.

I would have preferred that the pool bar and pool snacks would have been open and available as it says in the description. It does not designate that it’s only open on certain dates or times, but the staff told me it does not open until the summer. This is Tucson and we’re pretty much summer all year long so I don’t know why it wasn’t open. There were many people there. We also Were told that we could not bring any of our insulated cups with ice water into the pool area. They were metal not breakable. They also told me I wasn’t permitted to bring the water that I got every morning in my room out to the pool either.

This resort was a good resort if you like Casinos and they had a great pool! Good restaurants and bars to pick from

Excellent quality, very well maintained, kind staff and great customer service. It was odd that guests' drinking water is not permitted outdoors in the pool and spa area unless purchased from the bar which was closed & won't open until June 1st. Need to rethink that policy.

The clerk who checked me in was focused on rules and increasing the cost of my hotel bill. She told me if my vehicle was parked near the front door for longer than 15 minutes, my car would be towed. Also, when asked if I stayed later than the checkout time of 11:00 am, she said I would be charged $25 for every 30 minutes I exceeded the checkout. She also stated if I smoked I would have to pay a very large charge to clean the room. I don’t recall the amount but I think about $400. I assured her I do not smoke. It seemed she was much more interested in the limits of my stay rather than customer service. Otherwise, I was so glad there were restaurants a short walk from the hotel. I did appreciate the desk clerk’s suggestion to order food from Moby’s. I really wanted a hamburger and fries and the meal was so good! Also, the bed and room were comfortable and quiet. I got the best nights sleep of all the hotels I stayed in for the week. I was surprised the hotel was in a resort with a casino! I wished I had time to enjoy all the amenities.

It was ok. Some of the staff were very friendly. There are a lot of pool rules and don’t be deceived by the pool picture here, you cannot bring floaties in the pool area, lol. And the pool faces a parking lot. They also wouldn’t allow outside snacks or drinks even tho the bar in the pool area was closed. At least the pool was heated. It’s clean but very sterile feeling in the lobby.

Our room was modern, like new and clean. Getting around the hotel property was easy and conveniently close to the restaurants in the casino. My only complaint is during check-in the hotel was not going to honor the price I booked at on Expedia. After sometime and going back and forth, another person at the check-in counter came over and helped. Fingers crossed at the end, the correct amount will be charged onto my credit card.

The hotel was a short walk to the casino. It was modern and clean. There were several dining options at the casino. the rooms were a good size. Not the typical casino hotel room. The shower was amazing.

I took some work and the casino told us that they didn’t have internet in fact they told us that they hadn’t had internet for the last two weeks, if I would have known I would have never booked my stay there. I had to go find a place with internet to finish my work. Never again!! At least let your customers know since the beginning or at check in.

I loved the pool and the jacuzzi was great. The coffee pot was dirty and didn't change it for another one until 6 hours later, they did not refill for creamer and coffee. Bad service

Quiet rooms, wonderful showers, ultra firm beds and easy access to casino and restaurants. But when we arrived we did not know there were no phone service, wifi or telephone service. Not their fault. We asked to speak to the manager several times and they were always unavailable. Disappointing, but many of their staff were quite lovely.

The internet was out, with no estimate on when it would be back. This meant staff had to walk guests to their rooms and open the room with the house key every time we came and went. This also meant they were cash-only at all restaurants and stores. Things happen, but they should have offered to “soften the blow” by comp’ing or discounting the stay due to the extreme inconvenience caused. No accommodations were offered.

Very nice hotel next to the casino. Many options for dining within the casino. The hotel has a cool water slide in the pool area. Rooms are modern and clean. We will be staying here again.

Relatively new property with walk-in shower, larger then average TV and plenty of chairs. Bed mattresses are extra firm, so I had to sleep on a pillow to be comfortable.

Nice casino with not do nice beds .
Service and check in were good. Beds were really hard. Casino area was very nice but everything was down the last 24 hours we were there. Slots were operable but couldnt pay out. Atm did not work and all progressives were out. No reasons no comps or help.
