"Enjoyed the stay. Kids took the bunk beds and the adult couples took a bedroom each. Kitchen and dining room were clean. Surrounding area ideal for walking / jogging. Plenty of coffee shops nearby. Highly recommended for large family group of 10-15 people. "

"EXPEDIAで予約完了後、チェックインに部屋が無いと言われました。 このあとが最悪です。 ホテルへ30万ドン（約1500円）直接払えば部屋は用意すると直接取引を提案してきました。 こちらは既にexpediaへ返金不可の条件で支払済と伝えると、 expediaのサービスセンターへホテル側が電話をして、expediaへの部屋の用意はないと伝えていたようです。 私に電話を変わり、expedia側から上記の説明を受け、expediaとオテル側の起因でキャンセルとさせて頂き、請求は取り消しする旨の案内を受けたため、了承し他のホテルへ泊まることに。。。 ところが請求がしかっりカード会社に計上されており、相殺目的のマイナス請求も未だ確認できていません。 ホテルの直取引の提案、expediaのキャンセル未処理、双方に怒りを覚えてます。"

"I never write reviews, but I want to save others from the pain of this area. The staff was very unhelpful with everything. It was the first time in Vietnam that I felt unwelcome. They told me they would give me a ride to my cruise line, but when the time came they said they couldn’t. I then asked for a taxi and the staff told me they didn’t know where the cruise port was. I find it strange that a hotel in the area didn’t know where the cruise port was. I also asked how to get to Monkey Island...
