"Lovely house, garden and locality. Access to the beach was easier to walk to the end of the road and down the hill. Split your recycling and put in bags, saves the rubbish collectors opening all your bags to separate it!! The house is nice, plenty of room to have your own space. (There was 10 of us and a dog). It’s well equipped for cooking, condiments, washing up liquid, tea towels etc. The house could do with a bit of TLC as could the decking area, (fence and some of the chairs). Garden...

"We had a super week in this lovely part of Cornwall. The house was spacious, well appointed and very very quiet. St Austell and the local beaches were in easy reach and the stunning coastline yielded great walks. With Eden and Heligon nearby there was plenty to keep us occupied."
