"The house itself was cute and accommodating for our larger group. If your tall, you couldn't use the shower on the first floor, but we made do. The major unfortunate note, it smelled very strongly of stale cigarette smoke. It was extremely bad in the front first floor bedroom. Otherwise we had a good stay."

"This was a wonderful place to stay for the Romulus - Wine Country - dog shows. The hosts included thoughtful accommodations for our dogs including a dog bed, poop bags, treats, a water bowl and leash. It’s very nicely laid out to make a comfortable homey feeling. We really enjoyed the little outdoor porch and fire pit. And the coffee bar. The beds were extremely comfortable. All the furniture was. I would love to stay here again."

But it was a really good place to stay to explore all the wineries on Seneca, and the communication with the host was great."

"We had a large crowd that needed a big place for a reunion. This was perfect. The kitchens and all the space were perfect for hanging out and having meals together and the house is about 20 minutes from Ithaca so it is convenient for grocery shopping and visiting sights there. The host was very communicative and great to work with."
