"We stayed here over Thanksgiving so that we could close to my brother & sister. The home was big enough for the 5 adults. Kitchen is equipped with a lot of essentials; plenty of forks/spoons/knives; various cooking utensils. There’s a big pantry with plenty of space for your stuff. Water pressure is good in the two bathrooms but if showing at the same time you’ll run out of hot water quickly. We did not utilize the backyard but it’s big. There is plenty of parking space. It’s an older home but...

"Very dated but quaint. Good: Lots of towel rods. Good water pressure and plenty of hot water. Good location. Responsive host. Not so good: Bed fair. Whole house needs a deep cleaning and some paint. Sticky kitchen floor. Sticky stove control knobs. Mildew on ceiling tiles in shower. Ice maker not working. Air return vent very, very dirty. Roach poop on bathroom cabinet doors. Lots of dust/cobwebs on edges of wood trim in kitchen/living room. No dishwasher soap. No aluminum foil. No tissues."

"We enjoyed this adorable, cozy home so much! It was clean, well stocked, decorated so cute, and the beds were super comfortable with plenty of pillows! It got chilly in the evening and the firepit and hot tub made it perfect! April is a great host with great communication! "

"House was not clean nor safe for children due to damage everywhere. Smelled like pee or vomit in main areas and back room. Host had cleaning crew come in after complaints however only spot cleaned areas I mentioned. Was still to gross to cook or stay except to sleep. Extremely disappointed. "
