Good morning, We reread your review several times in disbelief.We do not exactly understand the matrix of the problem, as there is no trace of any specificity in its text. We don't understand what it means that we have rules around breakfast. We invite to seat our customers at the table, ask them what they would like to drink and bring them the breakfast they have chosen according to their preferences.We really don't understand, in what sense we don't allow our guests to enjoy their breakfast in peace in the way they prefer, also because it's just about having breakfast and there are no complicated ways to enjoy it. It happens that our guests who woke up earlier, come in for a coffee while they wait for their family members or friends who are still asleep, so they can have breakfast all together when they reunite.But this is normal in a similar working context so we don't see how this could cause any kind of disturbance to our work. We are very perplexed by the anger and the need to use bad language when we let you calmly enjoy breakfast according to your time, no one denied you the possibility of having coffee first and breakfast in a second moment, as it happened: You and your children came at different times and everyone of you had breakfast, nothing was denied, nothing was a problem.We are sorry you perceived a form of grumpiness towards you, but none of us had negative feelings or attitudes, also because we don't see the reason for that and we were very busy working that morning.
