"Fint sted med mange faciliteter. Dog var stemning lidt dyster (måske fordi det er et love hotel), da der ikke var nogen vinduer og dekorationen ganske tung så at sige. Servicen var dog helt fantastisk og der manglede ikke noget :-) Karaoke var dog lige ubrugelig og skuffende da det var midi-toner og samme musikvideo til alt. "

"Very nice hotel, with a high service level. Work great as the base for our week long stay in Tokyo. Short walking distance to two stations. Book a room with lounge acces and you get great view of Tokyo and the nightly lightshow on the Metropolitan building."

"We stayed for 5 nights in this lovely love-hotel with a cosy Bali-vibe. The room was wonderful and I especially loved the amount and quality of the products and amenities; everything was provided in the room, and if you needed more, the lobby was full of additional beauty products, snacks, drinks, and even massage chairs - all free of charge. There is no restaurant, so all meals are brought to the room. Breakfast and room service is inexpensive. Desk staff does not speak much English but...

"Excellent hotel with everything you would reasonably expect. The room is very small, but It had squeezed in a desk with a nice view of the area. I appreciated the nice casting setup on the large TV and the fast & stable free wifi. The staff were very professional, helpful and kind. I would definitely stay here again."

"Værelset var rent og pænt, men ekstremt lille. Vi boede to mennesker med to kufferter og kunne ikke pakke tøjet ud og hænge det op. Sengen var også meget smal og ikke egnet til to voksne. Ellers var hotellet rent og pænt og folk utrolig hjælpsomme. Det ligger midt i shinjuku og alt er lige ude for døren. "

"We stayed at the Hyatt Regency in Shinjuku and it was fantastic! The location is incredibly convenient, with the train station right below the hotel and a 7-Eleven just steps away. The staff was professional and welcoming, and the service was truly exceptional."

"Super lokation med nem adgang til transport. Værelset var lidt småt (som jo er standarden i Japan) med fed udsigt og alt vi havde brug for. Ligger i gåafstand til spisesteder, shopping mm. Vi var især glade for den korte afstand til busterminalen, hvor vi havde booket en bus til lufthavnen - kan anbefales!"

"We only had a single night here, but did enjoy the stay. Location was good, room size was good and most importantly, the room was quiet. There was a complementary coffee machine in the room, which was very nice. The staff in the reception were very nice and friendly when we checked in, and there was also a complementary drink in the bar."
