"The house is in good standard and well though through. Fabulous views and surroundings. Only downside - which is also noticeable is the fact that there’s no sun after 5pm as the sun sets behind the trees in the back of the house leaving the evenings on the cool side and shortening the sun/pooling time"

Large house with 4 large bedrooms with attached bathrooms. In the kitchen is everything that is needed for cooking. Fantastic villa with the best host we have ever had. Gaia was incredibly helpful with everything and even Coronatest she ordered for us before our return trip. We give the house, garden and pool area as well as the host Gaia our best...

"I still remember the overwhelming feeling when arriving the first time and just looking out on the view from the terrace. The house itself is perfectly cleaned, has lots of room and is just the most beautiful home you could imagine. However, even though the house is perfect, the outside areas is the best I've ever tried. The different levels has a fantastic effect and all meals outside on the terrace was a joy. I could go on about how great everything is, but it is something you have to try...

"Wunderschöne große Anlage mit tollem Pool und super Lage. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett, immer erreichbar und kümmern sich sofort, wenn es Probleme gibt. Die Wohnung war sehr schön, etwas in die Jahre gekommen, dafür großzügig und sauber. Man braucht ca. 10 min zum Strand und wenige Minuten zu dem wirklich sehr sehenswertem Dorf Campiglia Marittima, hier auch mit kleinem Supermarkt und Tankstelle. Kommen gerne wieder!"

"Alessandra could not have been more welcoming, and the home was everything in our Italian dreams. The villa is the perfect blend of grand and cozy - very authentic, Italian energy with warm cozy fireplaces and rich history everywhere you turn. It's just a short 15 minute drive from Lucca, where we spent most of our days. We stayed at the home for Thanksgiving for 9 days with my in-laws and our 3 young kids.
