The villa enjoys a privileged location just 10 minutes from the historic center of Siena, while placing guests in the heart of the Chianti wine region. The house is surrounded by a fully private garden exclusively for guests, creating a quiet and secluded setting to relax and enjoy the countryside. Outdoor living is central to the experience here: shaded areas beneath mature trees, comfortable spaces for relaxing, and open views across the valley create the perfect setting for long Tuscan afternoons.

The garden also features both a panoramic swimming pool and an outdoor hot tub, each positioned to take full advantage of the surrounding views. The private swimming pool is open from May 1st to September 30th.
The outdoor hot tub is available from April 1st to October 30th, and can also be opened upon request during winter months (additional 200,00 euro fee applies).

This charming stone-built villa (200 sqm) with air conditioning in all spaces, unfolds over two beautifully appointed floors.

On the ground floor, a spacious living room with a welcoming fireplace invites guests to relax, while the elegant dining room and the fully equipped kitchen open directly onto the outdoor dining area complete with a barbecue, tables, and chairs, is perfect for enjoying long summer evenings under the Tuscan sky. This level also features a full bathroom with a whirlpool shower, as well as a laundry area with a washing machine and dryer.

Upstairs, three double bedrooms (each with air conditioning) offer serene views of the surrounding countryside. The floor includes two bathrooms — one with a Jacuzzi bathtub and one with a shower — both designed for comfort and relaxation.

Wi-Fi is available throughout the villa, which can also be rented during the winter months thanks to central heating. Imagine cozy evenings by the fireplace, a good book in hand, and a glass of Chianti in the other… the essence of authentic Tuscan living.
