Strandhoteller i Torquay

"Very nice place and garden . Lissanne and Matt made us feel at home from the start , very relaxing. Best breakfirst ever. Can highly recommend ."

"Great stay. Friendly and helpful hosts. Great variety for breakfast. Few minutes from both Torre and Torquay rail stations"

"Great stay, room was large and clean, bed and pillows extremely comfortable, breakfast was excellent, so much choice and very tasty. Also got a car parking space on site. Hosts were lovely. Nothing to complain about at all🤗"

"Well looked after breakfast really good nice and friendly all the time good holiday"

"A very lovely, clean and welcoming B&B. Debbie and Rich were excellent hosts, and provided tips on the various activities to try and things to do.An ideal location and easily accessible to the seafront and amenities."

"The hotel is only about a year old so the building and all the fittings and furniture are in as-new condition. The staff were all cheerful and a delight to work with. The food was good both breakfast and the evening meals. The location right on the foreshore is attractive with lovely views of the sunrise but it is well away from the centre of Torquay. When I arrived Google maps had the location 300 metres too close to the main part of Torquay so you need to check this before setting a route."

"I had such a lovely stay here. It may be a modest B&B, but it was absolutely excellent, and as a solo female traveller I felt completely safe, comfortable and genuinely looked after. My single room was spotless and had everything I needed, including a lovely en-suite and a big window. The bed was incredibly soft and comfortable, and even the little details were thought of — when I arrived, the owner brought me a bottle of cold water, which was such a lovely welcome. Breakfast was fresh and...

"Excellent Guest House! Good location, very friendly hosts, nice rooms, and lovely breakfast. Highly recommendable."

"Fantastic hotel Staff & owners are very special to their guests 3 time staying here outstanding breakfast"

"The Villa Marina is run by two of the most wonderful people you could ever meet. Vince and Erwan were amazing hosts who would do anything to ensure you had a wonderful stay. The hotel is super clean, the breakfasts ensured lunch may not be required! A location not far from the sea or town centre and an overall lovely atmosphere. Their knowledge of the local area was well received by everyone which helped guests make the most of their time in Torquay. I can’t thank them enough for making my stay...

"Julie and Gary were absolutely lovely and super helpful. They helped heat up milk for our little one and were friendly the hole time. I would say I think personally found the mattresses slightly uncomfortable, may be a preference. The only true negative, so the reason it was not 5 stars for us was the shower was weak, so couldn't just stand underneath it, had to hold it over the body part to clean. Aside that, amazing place, lovely people! Thank you both."

"Great location, but some room for improvement Great location, just a stone’s throw from the main beach in Torquay. The flat had all the amenities we needed for cooking, which was a plus. Unfortunately, there were a few things that let the stay down. The dining table only seats two people, despite the flat accommodating four. This meant our children had to sit at the table while we ate standing at the kitchen counter. Although the toilet looked clean, there was a noticeable smell of urine. The...

"Udmærket ophold til prisen. Hotellet er slidt, men rent og pænt. Man skal ikke gå ud fra, at virkeligheden passer med billederne."

"Room was spacious with large tv. T8ssue and part of hairbrush behind large table. Missing fixings in shower and shower bowl filled up with water. Curtain rail was missing fixing. Bed was comfortable and nice view of sea. Be prepared for a 20mins walk down a steep hill to town centre. Hydro baths were nice"

"Great location, close to the beach. Delicious breakfast and a clean room"
