"Clean hotel close to the airport. Nice breakfast. Frequent shuttles to the airport. The receptionists were nice and polite, but not accommodating: The hotel never replied our email, so I had little chance to find the right shuttle from the airport and my partner was not allowed to check in without me - eventhough I also had written the hotel aking them to. Be aware: There are at least two Mariott hotels by the airport. "

"Extremely quiet hotel!! We stayed in one of the newly renovated rooms and it was fully booked some of the days, but we could not hear the other guests in the neighbor rooms, which is really rare! We have stayed in many, many hotels all over the world but I remember only two hotels where I did not have to sleep with ear plugs, and this Novotel is one of them. For that reason alone, I would stay here again if I should return to Toronto some day. My sleep is a priority when we travel! The staff was great too, especially the restaurant staff. They were working very hard and the restaurant is slightly too small for a hotel this large, so there was always a bit of wait time when going to breakfast, which is the only negative thing I could mention. The breakfast was quite decent. Awesome fresh fruit selection, and their yoghurt parfaite was so good!! Always fresh pancakes, waffles or French toast, and the coffee was good too. We ordered eggs from the waiters which was included in the breakfast buffet, and the hotel was located a short walk from the Union Station, so public transportation was very easy! You don't need to buy or install a Presto card either, just tap your own bank card when you enter a train or bus."

"Hotellet god beliggenhed midt i Downtown, i gå afstand til oplevelser og shopping. Tæt på offentlig transport. Dog lidt slidt hotel i forhold til billeder, ja vi havde altan, men intet at sidde på!"
