"Property is in a nice location, walking distance to the beach, some restaurants, convience store, and miniature golf. Rooms were extremely clean and bed was very comfortable with quality sheets and pillows. Available washer / dryer on premises came in useful. "

"This property was hands down a 10/10.The proximity to the beach, outdoor shower, and beachfront decks made for seamless and carefree days at the beach. Being right next to the neighborhood beach access meant we could hop inside to eat lunch and head right back out to our spot. We enjoyed the sound access pier and gazebo at sunsets while fishing. Nature was all around—we found shark teeth, 2 nearby protected sea turtle nests, saw dolphin pods swimming from the upper deck, and ghost crabs at...

"My family had a wonderful stay here! Just around the corner was the beautiful beach, along with restaurants, breweries, and shopping just a short drive away. Great communication with the host as well. "

"We usually stay at the outer banks for our beach vacations. We wanted to try something new and had a great stay in Surf City! We loved the area and the quick walk to the beach. The house had everything we needed and the host is very responsive to messages. "

"Absolutely amazing. If you’re looking for a no-frills but super clean kind of place, still a mom and pops place, then the Sea vista is the place for you. As I said low key. If you are wanting the fancy Adams mark or Holiday Inn keep driving. This place is super cute super clean run by super folks. It’s a shame begin history has push small businesses like this out. I’ll definitely be back"

"This property exceeded our expectations! The beach house was immaculate and offered all the amenities you could ask for. Beautifully decorated with a beach theme throughout. Essentials provided so no quick trips to the grocery store upon arrival. The elevator was tremendously helpful since one of us has knee issues and would not have been able to walk up and down all of the stairs. Would definitely stay there again!"

"Booked this place on short notice for a last minute beach getaway. Check in was super easy, host was very responsive, place was clean and well kept and just a short walk from the beach. We had 11 people, so two had to sleep on the couch and hidabed. Also, the hot tub was out of commission, which was a bummer. Other than that, a great stay!!"
