"Easy, friendly check-in.
Beautiful Spanish Hacienda styled property with uniquely appointed rooms.
Room was clean and included complimentary water and snacks, and had a kettle and mini fridge. There were even comfy robes and beach towels.
The ocean views from the second floor balcony room were lovely, a perfect place for morning coffee.
Staff were friendly and accessible.
And the record player and assorted albums in the room was a fantastic surprise!

"My sister has mobility challenges. The room where we were originally assigned was not on the first floor. The attendant did some adjusting and got us a room where she could maneuver. The room was lovely . The outside court are was neat, calming and a treat to view out the window. We needed an iron. No problem! Very polite and helpful office staff."

"We had a wonderful time and a fantastic first experience, acquiring our wolf ears and enjoying the water slides with our 7 and 5-year-old children. Our only minor suggestions would be for the restaurants to be open and for parking not to incur a charge. We also found the buffet to be rather expensive, and the food did not appear particularly appealing. !"

"We arrived to the hotel several hours before check in and were offered a room for an additional $30 per night in order to get in early. We accepted the offer, but found it not worth the additional cost.
The bathroom was last updated in maybe the 1980s. There was a continuous sound of toilets flushing and water running heard through the wall.. as if every pipe was connected and everyone flushing could be heard every few minutes or so.
We had a room facing the interior lobby. There are signs...
