"Fantastic little spot at a fantastic price! Plenty of space for our family of 4 and pup, a Roku tv to keep the littles entertained while we were there, a nice sandy area around back with sand toys and a fire pit (that we sadly didn't have a chance to use this time), quick access to basically all of Rockaway, comfy beds, the list goes on. "Heater was broken, freezing cold in the house. There was only one heater in the main living roof. Humidity made our towels and beds damp. Bathroom did not shut all the way because of humidity.
