Before booking, please note some important details:
-A signed renter agreement is required upon booking confirmation. Additionally, a security deposit of $300 may be required for your stay.
-Due to the owner’s severe allergies, we regretfully cannot allow pets in the unit. If pet hair is found, a $500 cleaning fee will be charged. Guests who bring pets will be kindly asked to leave.
-Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors and on the balcony, ensuring a comfortable environment for all guests.
-The condo features radiant floor heating, along with additional space heaters for your comfort.
-Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 21 years of age to book. Guests under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
-Additionally, there are 36 stairs to access the condo as the elevator is currently unavailable.
-Parking is available for one vehicle, and a damage waiver fee is included in the total cost of your reservation, covering up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the property or its contents.
