"Nice property, security on site was very helpful. Location is not as close as mentioned to Papas and Beer and there were a few minor items that could use some maintenance but the space and layout of the condo was very accommodating to our needs."

"I've stayed in a couple different places in Gaviotas. This one is priced appropriately and would make a good first place to stay if you want to get the lay of the land without being on the hook for a bunch of money. The reviews are pretty much what you get. It can be a little noisy from the road but that's what tequila is for. All the units on that side all have the same drawbacks - noise, stairs etc. but it is what it is and Gaviotas is such a great place to stay. This is a really affordable...

Direct words from the guy!! Tried to contact the host multiple times and no answer!! Stranded in a foreign country in the middle of a festival so it was hard to find anywhere to stay!! I want a refund now!!"
