"Really enjoyed this place, close to everything, no need to drive anywhere, pool and jacuzzi very nice, and beach access a plus. Condo was very clean and and kitchen had everything you needed. Would definitely recommend and stay here again."

"I've stayed in a couple different places in Gaviotas. This one is priced appropriately and would make a good first place to stay if you want to get the lay of the land without being on the hook for a bunch of money. The reviews are pretty much what you get. It can be a little noisy from the road but that's what tequila is for. All the units on that side all have the same drawbacks - noise, stairs etc. but it is what it is and Gaviotas is such a great place to stay. This is a really affordable...

"The room had a great beach view. Condo was roomy very clean and very nicely decorated. Staff was attentive and host took care of a couple of issues right away. There was no central heating so it was very cold at night had to ask for more blankets. There was 1 portable heater. There were some things that could improve with property. There should be rails on stairs for guest to hold on to for safety reasons. Had a hard time with one of the elevators recognizing guest faces and sometimes code...

"This property has an amazing view. The inside was amazing. Great floorplan our host was amazing very attentive , fast reply to our messages , was always checking if we needed something. The amenities were so great amazing views from the infinity pools. Have so many pools , hot tubs , gym tennis court . We loved it we will definitely will book again when we go back. The reason why I gave 4 stars on some was because when we checked in there was no guard and being our 1st time we weren't sure ....

"I did not like having stay in a property where we need to put our garbage away, looked like cleaning. Not having cleaning service every day. Also, not having the opportunity of smoking outside the condo, in the balcony. We were told the property is a smoke free place, but why not smoking outside or in the balcony or in a designated spot? Other things were showing us a list of costs with rules about breaking or damaging something. We want to enjoy our vacations time, not stay in a “military kind ...
