OUR LITTLE BEACH HOUSE is a 3 bedroom holiday home that accommodates up to 8 guests with the advantage of being both located opposite a quiet reserve and only a short walk to the beach.

Open plan modern kitchen with cook top, no oven but there is a convention and grill microwave, fridge/freezer, small dishwasher, rice cooker, toaster, kettle, Delonghi coffee pod machine (BYO pods ). Dining and a living area with reverse cycle air-conditioner, large smart TV, bluetooth speakers, views of the ocean. Free Wifi

Bathroom with double bowl vanity, full size bath, walk in shower, separate w/c, laundry with top loading washing machine and dryer.

Large sliding door in dining area opens to the back yard with BBQ.

Pillows and quilts are provided you will need to bring your own linen - pillow cases, top/bottom sheets, towels/bath mat and tea towels.

Linen can be hired - $44 for king bed, $38.50 for queen per bed, $27.50 for single per bed. Linen includes pillow cases, top/bottom sheets, 1 towel per person, 1 bath mat per bathroom and tea towels, beds will be made up for your arrival. If you would like to hire linen you will need to let office staff know and total cost will be added to your booking manually by office staff.

Bed configuration - bed 1 - King, bed 2 - queen, bed 3 - 2 single beds plus 2 trundle beds

A beautiful white sandy beach awaits you at Tiddy Widdy which is located just around the corner. It's a small quiet beachside settlement just north of Ardrossan. Ardrossan has facilities such as Drakes Foodland, Bottle shop, Newsagency, Bakery, Bank and a Hotel.
