"We had a wonderful stay at Maire’s apartment in Villeneuve Loubet. The apartment has a fantastic terrace with a fabulous view of the Mediterranean. It’s beautifully decorated with a fully equipped kitchen, making it feel like a home away from home. The location was perfect with easy access to the beach, shops and many restaurants as well as public transport. "Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Die Ferienwohnung ist in einem Mehrgebäudekomplex, der umzäunt ist für alle Parteien (geschätzt ca 24 - 30) gibt es einen schönen Swimmingpool, leider ohne Liegen). In laufeitweite befinden sich Bäckereien, kleine Supermärkte und Restaurants. Auch kleine Strände sind in der Nähe. Die schöneren Sandstrände sind allerdings ca 1,5 -2 Kilometer entfernt. Diese sind aber mit dem Fahrrad leicht zu erreichen."

L’appartement est idéalement situé (5 min à pied de la plage Nartelle) et dispose de tout le confort pour une famille (Clim, lave-vaisselle, lave-linge, transat, parasol et petite chambre où nous avons fait dormir notre bébé de 7 mois). "We stayed as a family of four (2A, 2C) at the apartment for a week in early August 2023. The apartment is well stocked, a good size and has plenty of shaded and sunny parts within the garden. A walk of 10-15 mins to a lovely beach. Close to the train station for trips to Monaco, Cannes and Antibes. The shared pool was quiet and warmed in the sun. We drove to the shops for groceries but some are walking distance. Check in and out was easy, providing times for meet/greets. The parking space...
