"I recently stayed at the IHG Holiday Inn Express & Suites in Mesquite and unfortunately my experience was very disappointing.
Before arriving, I called the hotel to confirm my check-in details and was told that the earliest I could check in would be 1:00 PM. "I would highly recommend this hotel. The staff has been absolutely amazing. The staff is constantly cleaning. This is the cleanest hotel I have seen in my 20+ years of travel. The breakfast buffet was great. Kudos to the management team at this hotel. Hilton needs to use this hotel as their standard for excellence."

"This was my first stay at Cambria, and while check-in was excellent and the staff were friendly, the rest of my experience was disappointing.
When I got to my room, I discovered the shower was missing a sliding glass door. Water immediately sprayed out and flooded the bathroom floor. Two employees confirmed the door shouldn’t have been missing, but since the hotel was full, all they could offer were extra towels.

"Assuring that housekeeping is cleaning the room accordingly and refilling dispensers & restocking toiletries.The breakfast area was dirty and there were fly’s everywhere disgusting. We leave and came back in the afternoon our room wasn’t even cleaned it looked at. We were downsized from a double queen to one bed due to housekeeping had left for the day unacceptable.Then the room that were downsize to didn’t have hot water. We were very unsatisfied with the Hyatt at the location.
