"When I arrived, my original room was dirty. The front desk staff upgraded me to a different room. The room was decent for a one-night stay. Some of the amenities were not able to be used (pool was closed). It was also very noisy by the ice machine area (not because people were using it)."

"The room was very clean and comfortable, except that there was no body wash in the shower and there were only two bath towels in the room. The staff was fast to respond when I reported the issue and responded with extra towels and body wash. The breakfast was hot and fresh, but wish they had other options for milk other than just 2% as some people cannot have regular milk. The air conditioning was not great, it was either too hot or too cold in the room, and the rest of the building was hot...

"Dejligt værelse, pænt rent og med god plads. Super service, smilende og hjælpsomt personale. Super beliggenhed i område med gode indkøbsmuligheder, med nem adgang til centrum og omfaldsveje. "We arrived Saturday evening. The lobby was spacious and clean. Front desk staff were very polite and check in was quick. The room was very clean and spacious, bed was extremely soft and comfortable. It’s a few steps away from Short Pump Town Center which was very convenient. Breakfast buffet was nice. Only thing that I didn’t care for was the streaming setup on the TV (Googlecast/Chromecast). It did not connect after several attempts, so we just ended up watching movies on our IPads."

"The hotel was perfectly located to go to King’s Dominion. The room and bathroom was clean and comfortable with updates. Unfortunately, upon arrival the carpets were damp because they were recently “cleaned” and there was a musty smell until it completely dried. I am an avid coffee drinker and the coffee in the lobby wasn’t fresh. I asked about it and the front desk person just said it was fresh and didn’t do anything about it. My granddaughter and I did enjoy the pool and appreciated the close...
