"We were on the second floor so difficult to move our crates up the stairs."

"My stay was not good. I had trouble getting into the room because the key reader was not reading the keycard properly and we had to keep trying for like 10 min to get the door to open every time we went out and in the room. I also did not get my room cleaned up when I was told it would be cleaned up and it never had the do not disturb sign on the door. I also had asked for extra blankets and towels for my room because the sofa bed needed blankets and I did not receive them until I had to go ask...

"We arrived at 6:00 PM to check in, but our room was not ready—despite the official check-in time being 4:00 PM. We were not placed in a room until after 9:00 PM. To make matters worse, the pool water looked incredibly cloudy and lacked proper maintenance. Navigating the hotel was also highly frustrating; the surrounding area is under heavy construction, and there is no clear signage explaining how to enter the parking lot. Getting in and out of the property was incredibly confusing."

"Smells everywhere. Room and linens (pillow) smell like BO and sweat in two rooms. Hallway smells like weed. Horrible wet powder eggs breakfast. Staff was nice but need to be more proactive when they are not sitting around eating in lobby which they seemed to constantly be doing"

"Be sure to lower your standards. Room looked like a crime scene. I don't even want to know how many people overdosed in that bed. Dirty, in disrepair, COCKROACHES IN THE MICROWAVE! We didn't even stay. Checked out within 20 minutes and got another room elsewhere and immediately took a shower. Just skip this place"

"Our room was not clean initially bed looked worn and urine on toilet seat. We requested a new room, the new room was ok. However they ran out of cups for coffee and orange juice machine was broken. Breakfast area was dirty…. Need more than one person to operate check ins and breakfast area."

"This property was very unique experience. They outrighttly said that they dont have my booking. After showing them the confirmation from expedia, they still refused and said how can they book the property. We dont have such rooms and we dont make money with them. After being told that I am traveling with 4 kids and need a night stay, they offered 2 beds and asked for $50 with no extra blankets. Horrible experience and I am going to spread this word across."
