"Staff was helpful, Mexican restaurant on site was nice. Can walk to kings dominion. Rooms were nice looking with a good size fridge and freezer, and small two burner stove. Ice machines close to our room was not working, housekeeping did not check the rooms everyday to refresh towels, our room had a serious ant problem in the bathroom"

"The check in was fine. The room was clean. There was some sort of stain on the comforter at the side, but otherwise appeared clean. There was no stirrer in the coffee condiment package. That’s kinda cheap. The breakfast was about par for most hotels. The toaster was a little odd. For the price it was fine for the night."

"Not clean even a bag of trash was left in the room. Old equipment and rusty things. Not clean carpet floor. Bathtub old with stains. No elevator. Lack of enough bread for breakfast and hot water. People were drinking with bottles I sitting on stairs."

"Gammelt nedslidt hotel. Vores værelse var beskidt. Kaffepletter på vægge, sengebetræk og møbler. Papirstynde vægge og rigtig meget larm fra forskellige folk der skændtes på gangen gennem hele natten. Ville aldrig anbefale det og vil aldrig bo her igen."

"The room was not clean. There were food items under the beds and the couch. There was no shampoo or body wash. They handed me body wash with no top and filled an empty bottle of shampoo that wasn’t meant for shampoo. The outlet by the bed doesn’t work and is coming out of the wall. There is rarely a staff member available at the desk, and they don’t answer the phone number given."

"Is they made service cleaning does not clean the rooms properly I literally have to had to fight cockroaches to get my clothing off the counter. Hang your clothes up if you go here so the roaches don’t get to it. The least you can do is fumigation of your property and maintenance on your property. And clean the rooms and maybe have some bedsheets that aren’t stained and dirty."

"BED BUGS! I chose this hotel of the convenience for our tournament weekend, and it turned into one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had. We found bed bugs in our room after already settling in. Absolutely disgusting and unacceptable. Yes, the hotel switched us to another room, but once you find bed bugs, the damage is done. Instead of enjoying the weekend, we spent the rest of the trip stressed about our luggage, clothes, and possibly bringing bugs home with us. Travelers coming for events...
