Hoteller nær The Hideout

"I like that it had a balcony food choice wasn’t my type of style end up ordering food off of site but definitely had all the amenities for you to be ready for the next day. Will be staying again little bit pricey for a short weekend stay but I will definitely be coming back. Very great part of the town hope to own my own own home in this place one day."

"What an absolutely remarkable place! It genuinely feels as though a beautiful piece of historic Italy has been transported into this Chicago neighborhood. The architecture, thoughtfully selected ornate decor, warmth, and attention to detail create an atmosphere that is both elegant and incredibly welcoming. This is not simply a place to stay. It is an experience. And then there is Gina! Her hospitality is in a class of its own. From preparing a wonderful breakfast to serving homemade banana...

"Super clean. Super views. Super amenities. Will stay again."

"The stay was everything I love the view and peaceful. Thank you"

"When checking out I was informed that I would receive the receipt by email. I have called the hotel twice and still not received the receipt for the stay. "

"Great place, just as described in the posting. Biggest pro is the area. Also, the rooms are nice and bright, breakfast was fine and the staff is super friendly and helpful. Yes, you can hear the train that runs by close to the hotel. But come on, it is a big city. If you don't like a bit of noise, then go to the country side. The train did not disturb my sleep at any time."

"City Suites was a great location to see a concert at The Vic. My room was ready before noon, which was so great after having just flown there and being very tired. The staff was very helpful & kind. One star missing just because it is an older property, so there becomes a lot of dust & paint cracks, etc that don’t always get tidied. The inflated cost of everything also affects my rating, as $200+ for a normal hotel is still egregious, but that’s just on principle. I would recommend City Suites &...

"Clean room, Friendly staff."

"Friendly and helpful staff. Perfect location close to Lincoln Park and Lake Michigan. "

"This is a glorified hostel."

"Beautiful hotel, dated rooms."

"I loved this place it was in a great location and the property itself was beautiful and very well maintained. Parking was an issue but I found a spot not even half a mile down the road so overall wasn't a big issue. If I'm ever back in Chicago I would definitely stay here again."

"This was a truly disappointing stay. The hotel was promoted as a cute, boutique hotel in a trendy area with a bar and live music on the weekends. The bar was permanently closed, the lobby was unusually cold, the room had a tiny window that overlooked a parking lot on ground level so I had to keep the blinds shut. The worst was the noise. The AC/heating unit was incredibly loud and it was so close to the L that you could hear every train pass by. The staff was shockingly unhelpful, if they...
