"Dårlig modtagelse i reception, hun virkede ligeglad, elevator virkede ikke, måtte bære bagagen op.
Gulvet var meget skævt og hullet, alt var slidt og trængte til at blive renoveret.
Det eneste positive var morgenmaden, men igen, hende der serverede virkede ligeglad og var ikke smilende 😕"

"Nice hotel in great location with the beach just opposite and a 10 min walk to Tynemouth center :)
Service in bar / restaurant were perfect - but there finding a healthy breakfast option is close to impossible. I’m keeping low on kolesterol - but thats hard with that breakfast. So had a plain youghurt and nothing else.
Perhaps a porridge would be an easy, healthy and cheap solution?
Waiters were kind & attentive :)"

"Very clean and comfy. Had everything in that we needed , plenty of kitchen utensils , cups ,plates and glasses. We had a bathroom and separate toilet. We had a great view of the bay . Spoke to Andrew the owner , very nice bloke .
If we are going back to the area we would definitely stay here again . "

"Terrific place for a quiet getaway, an close to the Metro for easy transportation within the city. Property manager Andrew was very friendly and very responsive to questions, and had lots of local knowledge. Highly recommended!"

"The room and en-suite were clean. The bed was firm and comfortable and the sheets were clean.
The staff are first class and happy to help.
Only one personal complaint, the area outside the window is the smoking area and with it being hot, I had to keep the window open which meant the smell of tobacco and weed would fill the room and the loud conversations were annoying.
I am although happy to recommend the hotel."

"It was a lovely place to stay, quite alot of stairs if you struggle with stairs be sure to request a low floor room, I didn't do this but It was my own fault however we were only in and out once but I will deffo stay again it was a lovely place"

"We stayed as a group of 8 ladies, we we watching a show at the stage making this apartment the perfect location. Directly outside the metro station, with a few minutes walk. The apartment had everything we needed, it was spotlessly clean and the beds were super comfy. Would highly recommend "

I also found the apartment to feel quite unsafe, with the main building door only supported by a very wobbly Yale and an emergency exit fire door from one of the bedrooms straight outside which is also felt very unsafe during the night.
