The staff was so kind and accommodating. I would definitely recommend this hotel for its comfort, cleanliness, and kindness of the staff."

"The room was very clean, towels were really plush, bed and pillows were plush and comfortable. Hotel was quiet at night and location was fabulous and very safe in a very upscale neighborhood. The only quirky thing was the bathroom door in the room was a sliding barn door made out of frosted glass with no lock, so the bathroom was not private if you are staying with your children, etc."

We needed towels and hand soap in the bathroom and getting more than 1 of each was like we were asking for a free night. The suite (akin to a junior suite at most other hotels) was great, the outdoor space was a fantastic bonus. However the room came with a sleeper sofa. "I cannot rate anything accurately other than the check in experience because i could not get in the property. I booked unit 205 via Expedia and was switched to 207 by the property. I did not noticed the change and my reservation with Expedia was never changed to 207. I headed to unit 205 with a code to enter for unit 207. "All was great except housekeeping did not clean our room"

"Location was very good, just a block or two from the King of Prussia mall. Rooms were good, except ours had a faint odor of Raid bug spray, which unfortunately was the strongest right behind the bed. Other than that a very nice place to stay. Just be ready at check-in for them to charge your credit card (refundable) $50 for "incidentals","
